I think we ought to be calling out the college scam for what it is, the Federal Reserve for what it is, and calling giving kids who can't hardly balance a checkbook a lifetime of crippling debt what it is--criminal.

Inflated cost and inflated courses inflated degrees. This bubble has to pop, but shame on us 17yos for not telling every adult in our lives and school system to shove it bc the ‘college system is flawed’, live and learn I guess. . .

For the most part, the left are adult children. They have a very A to B mentality. Now this used to just be in a CERTAIN group of people but now it has affected all groups. Less so for Asians but give it time.

Woman complains publicly about unfair city rent practices to the adult-child (Eric Adams), the adult-child can only respond as if you called him a yard monkey. He only has one response level in his intellect. He is a great parrot but not a deep thinker.
As I mentioned this is not just specific to that one GROUP, it is now affecting everyone.
Don't want to pay for someone else's college debt because they didn't think it through enough to realize what they were doing, well your a bigot. A to B. No dimensional thinking

People in their 20s arent given real jobs that make money, and the places they can work (e.g. walmart) almost always pay them poverty wages so that the employee has to sign up for benefits just to rub two pennies together. Sure, SOME people can break the cycle, but you cant have 20 million people crammed into the few good job categories left for people without experience. 90% of them are basically told the American Dream - that everyone has opportunty to be upwardly mobile - while our politicians have run out with every advantage the nation once had and made it the American Lie.
The skilled trades are begging for anyone who can fog a mirror and show up on time to apply for a job.
In three years you can bust 100k a year. If you don't avail yourself of that opportunity you deserve the shit life of retail store wages because you're either stupid or lazy.
As someone in the skilled trades, the highering churn is that you need the basic education to not staple three guy's left nuts to a post. Everyone exaggerates the "lazy" factor. There arent appreciably more now than there were 25 years ago by percentage.
Covid disabled more people than anyone is admitting. The entire applying workforce cut to 1/3rd what it was in 2019.
So what does this mean for the mofos who ALREADY had their fucking debt "forgiven?" One of my co-workers (you can probably guess the race) has been crowing for several months now that the gov't has erased his $30K of student loan debt. Like, it's a DONE DEAL. Please tell me that this decision means that he needs to PAY IT BACK.
Maybe young people will start learning genuine job skills locally, and not attend an indoctrination center that puts them in debt for decades and provides no genuine skills. Just saying...
