Without fail, I always take the broadcast, rip it into an audio file, and listen to it during the week. Today I had to drive somewhere for 1.5 hours round trip, and I have a LOT of fun listening to Defected.
The main thing about Defected is it is NOT about information. It's about thinking processes and un-programming your thinking. This is done via discussions of really significant and interesting data points, but they also have a lot of laughs, jokes, etc, etc.
It's like a private talk show that just rolls along for quite an extended period of time.
I tend to watch my podcasts when I'm doing hobby gaming, reading, model building or studying new skills.
I actually have some issues with doing a single thing at once, and I almost crave a raised sensory load because I can't let my brain idle very long or else I get bored with whatever I'm doing.
I am a heavy multitasker with near necessary reliance on using my extensive parallel processing.
So... From my point of view, you've got the right idea.
This is essentially how I consume my Shimcast, Shamer, Crowder and Don Jr. content.
Sometime during last year, I hit a wall with information overload. After going down rabbit holes in 2015 onwards, and then tracking Q since the end of 2017, not to mention using all of that as a basis for engaging with my environment (aka society, nation, politics, etc), I simply hit information overload.
Nowadays, I simply don't need that much information. So I don't listen to podcasts like I used to up until 2021. What I really want now is analysis and discussion that help develop my way of understanding the information that I have and that is continually coming in.
Which is why I really like defected (I also tune in to Power hour with BB and JH). For me, it's all about thought process refinement.
But also, along with the increasing information load in the Q years, I simply cannot sit in front of a video playing on my desktop and watch and listen. Or, if I do, it's for something I can veg out on, something that I can just watch without thinking. In other words, brain down time.
So yeah, I listen as I go about other daily tasks.
I have literally no idea why someone downvoted you.
But yeah, I am an information addict. I love learning new things and being informed about everything I can be. I'm sure one day I'll get overwhelmed too though haha
Hahahah. I have a stalker. Apparently someone sees it as their mission in life, or their new favorite hobby, to downvote anything I throw up on GAW.
I don't know why. I'm generally a very congenial sort of poster, but either I pissed someone off real bad, or some unstable person has really been triggered by my views.
It's kinda funny. I feel like I've reached a new level. I mean, Purkiss has a stalker from about 12 months ago.... ;.;
Then wtf were the WH ‘s doing when they were talking to him decades ago? Everything GEOTUS has done and will do has been calculated to the nth degree. GEOTUS did not walk into the unknown. He knew exactly what he was walking into
I disagree. Trump may have been recruited years ago by the military or whomever to be president to save the nation, but Trump is 100% his own man and is not going to be a puppet even for the military. Therefore it is completely reasonable for me to believe that once in office and having to make decisions on personnel he got fed some bad advice from RINO's and made some less than perfect choices. Nevermind the pool of talent is lacking as well. There just aren't that many people to work in these positions who are qualified and also MAGA...
Yeah I agree. I wonder if the Military has full access the way the CIA does or Mossad. Probably but in a different way. I suspect it is compartmentalized in ways we might not even know.
I get that there is some of the white hat part but Trump definitely is an alpha and will "pick his guys". That has to be why the military would even choose him in the first place knowing he loves America.
His picks" =/= who the Senate chooses to hire or not hire.
Presidents only have the authority to pick and hire their personal staff.
That's how people like Bannon and Flynn were able to work with him in the WH. They were part of his personal staff so the Senate couldn't refuse to hire them
Then that is something Trump should have been working to change or at least making an issue. The President should have the right to hire and fire who he wants except for when it comes to national security. There does need to be limits.
I think the senior executive service should be eliminated or pared down dramatically as that is where the lifer deep state live.
Sure. But his thought process in setting up his team(s) would have to be, "how can I utilize this person to get what effect I want?"
If he's a master tactician, then he would be making choices not based on whether this is a good person or bad person, but is this a good person [For THIS purpose]?
He would have to say this in order for the kayfabe to be consistent.
For example, Barr. He couldn't say Barr was my pick and it was a great pick, but by the way, he was a spineless AG.
That would not roll over.
The real issue is simply taking everything at face value. Not taking things at face value and then working through the information to see which explanations are most logical and which map on to the greatest number of data points.
In addition, its very possible that we was misled on some picks, BUT the key assertion the OP is presenting (which is Defecteds assertion), is that the KEY people like Barr, Sessions, Pence, etc, these would NOT be put in the positions they were in 'by mistake'.
Fwiw I do NOT agree with their beliefs about Pence who was on my radar before he endorsed Cruz in the 2016 Indiana primary.
However I don't really care if they want to engage in speculation that's based on minimal primary sourced and vetted secondary sourced research. Its their mental play time, not mine.
Nor am I attached to my guesses about Pence. I'm just glad that he wil! NOT be Trumps 2024 running mate or Trumps second term VP.
Consequently, I'm comfy embracing President Trumps "lets see what happens" attitude while doing what I can do to help him win the primary election and then the general election.
The thing about Barr is he is at the very least complicit in the cover up of Epstein's death. Either that or he is a very incompetent investigator. Not to mention his father's earlier connections with Epstein before he became wealthy. Also, Barr practically did no investigations into the 2020 steal, impeded some who tried, and continues to say Biden legitimately won.
These things are worth thinking about and not jumping to conclusions based on limited considerations.
What if Epstein was killed / didn't die, but was whisked away as part of a protection program because he is spilling all the beans?
What if the plan required that the fake Biden admin came into the White house? Exposure phase.
Think of the things that DID happen under Barr, including ongoing child trafficking stings.
Why is the MSM now courting Barr and inviting him to comment on things? Only because they believe he is "not Trump's guy".
Either Trump is incompetent, and the members of the team he is on are incompetent. or there is more going on here than meets the eye with Barr.
Do you really think that Trump has been recruited by the White hats, the q operation gamed out and implemented, and then they just screwed up by putting a blackhat Barr in place?
There is a LOT more going on than a lot of anons hear about, because they are focused on Y and not really on X.
After listening to Defected each week for the last 6 months, I've developed a very clear sense of what I think is going on. Many, many things that would be very difficult to explain otherwise. I've been tracking Q since Dec 2017, paying a lot of close attention. Even so, like almost ALL, I was completely thrown by what happened in Nov 2020 - Jan 2021.
These days, it makes a LOT more sense.
Key to this is the Q operation but really understanding Q requires seeing what has been happening up until today, what continues to happen, and then mapping it all out on various possible explanations. It really IS future proves past.
If Barr is in fact doing a kayfabe role, then you would expect him to "do no investigations into the 2020 steal, impede some who tried, and continue to say Biden legitimately won".
With everything else, these things in and of themselves do NOT prove that Barr is black.
There are MANY unknowns. And if we don't know, then it behooves us to keep an open mind and consider possibilities we haven't. The question is, which explanation maps on to the most data points the most consistently. That's my view, anyway.
1: “we have been running the most complex military operations in the HISTORY of the armed forces” -space force speech.
2: it requires a Judas goat to get the traitors to actually commit treason. If the Vp is required to certify and backed down then all of the other cowards who helped in the steal would not go through with it. Buttttt since the VP was willing to they followed him straight to treason. (My theory)
I could be wrong because it looks really bad…but quite frankly a lot of what trump did looks really bad too so if we believe there is a plan then we honestly don’t have a clue who is good. I even read a fascinating theory that Robert mueller was a WH.
The final rally of 2020, "it's going to take at least 4 more years to drain that swamp. We're draining it, just like the President said, it's a little deeper than we thought it was, we're draining it though, we found the plug, and tomorrow we're going to pull it".
The difference i see is that Trump actually produced results, has been proven right in every outrageous claim he's made and pulled the curtain back on the frauds. Pence hasn't done buttkess in these regards.
yes I also think some are WHs, only way to explain what’s going on. and when you start looking into their backgrounds…there’s a lot of patriotic behavior/impossible that so many would have rebelled & turned liberal…
Pences background sucks and his behavior has always sucked too. I disliked him long before Trump picked him and only tolerated him because he was Trumps realpolitik VP choice.
I stopped listening after an hour. My thoughts on what I heard?
Janet Yeltson. The point was adequately made in 2 minutes. The other 15 mins made me antsy.
The Tucker observations were good and actually pointed to my problem with Tucker. Election fraud. He may be a bridge, but that bridge isn't secured on one end.
All the explanation about how Pence screwed up about tanks in Ukraine and homeless Americans indicates to me that a man in politics for decades isn't quick enough on the draw to protect us in international relations. We all understood exactly what the connection was between tens of billions to Ukrain and nothing for us. Pence should understand this connection and this indicates he's slow.
And if it was done on purpose, then you'd best provide some examples where Pence was more limber, mentally. I am waiting.
Of course we would love it if pence and the others were secret white hats. I really don’t enjoy hating on these people. So i guess I won’t. If they are white hats that’s awesome, if they are black hats i guess they’ll get what’s coming to them.
Interesting conversation... It will be great when we know what's true, and what isn't. God wins and that's what is most important!
I'm sure none of us has the same complete set of beliefs, just as there are differences from Church to Church. Belief in Jesus, His Life, Death, and Resurrection...
I actually think that might be the case. Fauci means ‘sickle’…which of course the angels use to separate the wheat from the tares.
also there’s a video of Fauci & an elderly black man, the man tells him what a price of crap he is…Fauci looks proud, like he’s happy the man is standing up for himself.
think this is a game beyond our present comprehension/goes back decades. remember President Trump says we’re fighting an invisible enemy. but I might be totally off, hard to keep track anymore.
Fwiw, I don't use the term white hat very often unless I am taking a break from the real world that's made up of complex human beings by escaping into a Marvel Movie fantasy world made up of good guys and bad guys.
Go to 11 minutes in to get to the start of actual discussion and bypass all the intro banter and advertisements.
Shows like this really need to be segmented or have timestamps. I see 3 hours and just close the tab.
Fair call. It's not everyone's cup of tea.

Guess I'm just slow?
Trump himself has said that he was misled in picking some of his people. He was new to DC so this is understandable.
Then wtf were the WH ‘s doing when they were talking to him decades ago? Everything GEOTUS has done and will do has been calculated to the nth degree. GEOTUS did not walk into the unknown. He knew exactly what he was walking into

Pretty sure the military would have had intel to the nth degree on all of his picks. The people had to be shown just how deep the swamp was.

That's how people like Bannon and Flynn were able to work with him in the WH. They were part of his personal staff so the Senate couldn't refuse to hire them
Trump has stated Christie is the one who whispered he should put Wray in.
Trump also briefly considered Christie for VP
Christie would be a big hit at the Easter Egg roll...
"There are not that many people to work in those positions who' are qualified" AND who the SENATE would agree to hire.
ONLY the SENATE can HIRE or refuse to hire the Presidents admistration, including his cabinet aka his Department Heads.
The Senate refused to even give initial jobs interviews to some people President Trump wanted in his administration.
Anyone MAGA or seen as a threat to the DC Deep State would NOT be hired by the Senate.
Then that is something Trump should have been working to change or at least making an issue. The President should have the right to hire and fire who he wants except for when it comes to national security. There does need to be limits.
I think the senior executive service should be eliminated or pared down dramatically as that is where the lifer deep state live.
He had to know Bolton was a schmuck.
He used Bolton as leverage with Russia/Ukraine and even said so.
Sure. But his thought process in setting up his team(s) would have to be, "how can I utilize this person to get what effect I want?"
If he's a master tactician, then he would be making choices not based on whether this is a good person or bad person, but is this a good person [For THIS purpose]?
Is it the mustache? 😂👍🏻
Disinfo is necessary?

Offering snarky, unsolicited advice; advice based on fantasy rather than reality? How fun!!!
Only reason I think pence was WH
1: “we have been running the most complex military operations in the HISTORY of the armed forces” -space force speech.

I just view it all as kayfabe, if Trump wants Pence to be a heel, I should be heckling him, if he wants him to be a face, then I'll cheer for him.
The difference i see is that Trump actually produced results, has been proven right in every outrageous claim he's made and pulled the curtain back on the frauds. Pence hasn't done buttkess in these regards.

Interesting info on Gal Luft near the end - new info to me. Associated with CcP and Israel. Discussion starts around 2:29:00
With a description like that, I'm listening!
Defected is my No. ONE listen during the week. It knocks everything else out of the park for me.
Yellen tripping on mushrooms is pretty funny
Their analysis on that was funny
They even comment how "we are watching a movie"
I actually couldn’t stand Pence when he was the VP. Now I think he’s a good guy.
I doubt the GOP will offer themselves up to be interviewed by Tucker again. 🤣
Of course we would love it if pence and the others were secret white hats. I really don’t enjoy hating on these people. So i guess I won’t. If they are white hats that’s awesome, if they are black hats i guess they’ll get what’s coming to them.
Well, I don't believe in the devolution theory. It was one theory of many.
Just finished listening. Excellent episode. Much good Q reference stuff. Can only agree 100% with JH and BB's analysis.
For those with the patience and time to listen, this podcast is pure gold. And hilarious.
Reinforcement of comfiness will be experienced :)
I believe GEOTUS has every chess piece in front of him
Going to watch now... will edit to chime in.
Interesting conversation... It will be great when we know what's true, and what isn't. God wins and that's what is most important!
