Last rant; Really..? mRNA ‘experimental’ vaccines to combat a Corona virus has been developed in under a year when you haven’t cured the common cold (corona virus) in forever? But let me put something into my body that can change every single thing about me? How could any critical thinking person allow this to happen to themselves regardless the circumstances.? Told my wife the day they mentioned mandatory mRNA vaxxes this was the bill I would die upon. Told my company to go ahead and mandate it and I would refuse, they could fire me then I would sue. How wasn’t this the most basic human instinct.? I don’t trust vaccinated people to make even the most basic of decisions anymore. If anyone should be discriminated against in a hiring process the color of your skin, sex, religion should all take a huge backstage to vaxxers.
One possible consolation?...a Re-Constitution back to 1870 Republic means women no longer get to vote since all Amendments since then would be null and void.
You are superior to those with degrees. College degree is one of the biggest scams in America. Look at the amount of people that learned working as an apprentice. That practice needs to be brought back.
You are so right. My hubby is the best paperhanger in AZ. He learned from his uncle as a teenager, and from journeymen paperhangers who taught him all the tricks of the trade to hang any and everything.
I grew up with people that went on to get advanced degrees from Ivies. One had not a shred of common sense, another wasn’t particularly brainy or bookish, (not sure how they wound up where they did). Both raced to get the jab the first moment they could. There are different types of intelligence. You don’t need a college degree to be the smartest person in any room. Hell, Nikola Tesla didn’t even have a college degree! The next time your family talks down to you for not having a degree, ask them to explain how much they appreciate alternating current, given that it was invented by a man with no degree. Or better yet, steer clear of your knuckle-dragging family members.

Then, in the 2018 document they change that to approximately 56 PEAD's (indicating a change in the number, presumably more).
Then the subject never appears in the budget justification ever again. Perhaps they no longer had the authority to review them after Trump left 'office'.
However, the OP image shows text claiming the entire PEAD Portfolio is classified Secret (not Top Secret); and once signed by the president, the individual PEADs are unclassified.

One big thing that helped with my job was learning the difference between speaking/writing and communication.
Communication is about making sure the folks you are speaking to understand what you are saying.
It's about slowing down and bit and making sure you are not only speaking clearly, but they are hearing what you are saying. Not always easy to do.
