I get that Fetterman is probably either dead or turnip, hence the body double. But what I don't get is WHY? Our esteemed gov Fraud Shapiro could just as easily appoint his replacement. So why go through the hassle of trying to find someone to be a body double for Fetterman?

I will have to concede the likenesses are remote. I notice that the brows on 1.0 are prominent and protruding, whereas on 2.0 they seem to be flush with the forehead. Similarly, the upper cheeks of 1.0 are flat, and 2.0 seems to have bunching. Overall---and I find this surprising to realize---1.0 seems handsome (eagle eyes) and 2.0 seems unremarkable. If Fetterman gained weight, 2.0 is more credible. (Did Fetterman really have tattoos or just henna artwork? Artwork can be washed off.)
i'm normally right on board with most of these... however, I haven't seen anything compelling completely yet. The photos here can easily be the same person when accounting for focal distance, zoom, angle, etc. The pictures are "close" but not the same. If you take a picture of an object at say 5 feet away, no zoom, and that object takes up say 80% of the field of view in height... then you go say 20 feet away, zoom in so the same object fills 80% of the field and you will lhave two very different looking objects depending on the irregularities... like a person. And I for one can attest to water weight showing up in my face and looking a bit bloated from time to time - you couple those two factors in together with changing facial hair and these can easily all be the same person above even weeks apart. I'm not trying to join in any doomer party or anything, but this one I'm not sold on. Don't get me wrong, the dudes a fricken potato and in the end NCSWIC!!!
