Wasn't she involved in selling California's water table to montasanto? There's no reason for CA to have a drought... they aren't even allowed to collect rainwater because the water table it would go to is "owned" by someone else.

my sister lives in CO and she said she's not allowed to water her outside plants/trees with her garden hose, or even allowed to collect rain water to do it. i was shocked and said what is behind not being allowed to collect rain water? she said that would be stealing water from the people who live below them.

The train to no where leads to $ in her husbands' bank account. Okay, lets say good things about her. She was so far above the rest of the clowns in getting projects for calif that gave a personal payoff.... yep, very effective as our rep. RIP.
