CO SecState Griswold: ‘Real Questions’ if the Constitution Disqualifies Trump from Presidency; The Constitution Could Disqualify Donald Trump from the Presidency, but it would have to be through a Resolution passed by Congress according to the final clause of the 14th Amendment.

FIFTH GEN WARFARE

If you can read, you know Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does not apply to the events of January 6 or to President Trump.
First, repeating the word insurrection does not make an event an actual insurrection. Second, Section 3 does not apply to the President. And, President Trump is further insulated because he has only taken the Presidential oath of office.
****14th Amendment; Section 3.

To add further point, as I just know they are going to try and say "officer", the President of the United States is not considered an officer of the United States.
The Cheater-in-Chief of Colorado say "Real Questions"? The irony here just doesn't get any more blatant.
Fucking bitch further shitholing the shithole that Colorado has become.
I am a resident of this once-great state and it is painful to watch this grouper-mouthed (decent people forgive me) traitorous cunt lie in ads on TV about how safe and fair our elections here are. It's even worse that she is the chairman of the nations SOS association. When the time comes, I hope she is dragged off in the first 10 or so of the state-level scum that we rid ourselves of.
This is so organized and obvious. Unreal.
Unprecidented. I highly dought the most important seat in the country will be determined by a set of random unvetted set of angry ppl sitting on a jury in a filthy blue state. Certain supreme court justices, congress members, an entire voter population that can not be silenced would say otherwise.
This blue state is only fillthy in Boulder, Denver and Aspen. all other counties are real RED..
Ny is thevsame way. Nyc, albany, anf buffalo i believe are filthy blue. Rest is blood red
Same is true of Illinois chicago/rockford/Peoria.
But it still does mean anything till the rats are routed out.
Can confirm Aspen. There's good eggs, just in the minority.
I dunno about that....Fort Collins seems to belong on that list as well.
Thanks, I forgot this!
I lived there for a few years.....🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Pennsyavania is like that. A solid Red state, whose elections are predetermined by a far-left democrat political machine in Filthadelphia and Shittsburgh.
Totally Stalinist method of "justice": find a crime to fit the man enters the chat..
Biased idiot shills! They speak as though trump has already been convicted of a felony crime.
That is pure propaganda. Sheep walk away thinking it's a done deal, slam dunk case already concluded. Idiots everywhere! Gees.
The 14th does not say Congress can determine that someone is ineligible (which is what the headline of the OP says).
Rather it says that if someone is found to be ineligible then Congress can overturn that decision.
Any rational person would recognize, though, that it would have to be a real insurrection, and not the guided tour on J6.
Trump will be fine because he didn't participate in an insurrection. However, it does bring attention to treasonous crimes that will apply to most of Congress and several other state and local govt officials. BOOMerang.
The end is near for them, and they know it.
Yea. There would have to be Some 'proof' that Trump had ANYTHING to do with the Jan. 6 'event' and the circus that was the 'Jan 6 committee' proved one thing, they Have Zero Proof that Trump caused Any part of, pelosi's organized 'riot'.
But there is proof that Trump tried to prevent that riot.
They don't care about proof they just need corrupt judges
They don't care about the constitution either.
It's just a bunch of words to them-useful when claiming First Amendment rights, though.
They have nothing, because the House would never approve it.
The mainstream media are not the arbiters of what constitutes an insurrection anymore than they are the arbiters of who won an election, no matter how much certain vile elements in our country wish that were true. All of this lawfare based on that are doomed to fail.
I wonder if an oath was done and can she be prosecuted for lying? 2018 Colorado Revised Statutes, Title 24 - Government - State Administration Article 12 - Oaths and Affirmations § 24-12-101. Form of oath or affirmation for public office - requirements for oath or affirmation

I wonder if there is even any record of oath taken on file?
14th?
Isn't that the slavery amendment?
This sounds like it's a done deal. Must have the judge in their pocket.
but not the SCOTUS
