I imagine what would happen is there would end up being only one major contractor who works with the government that ends up being completely under cabal control. They would aim to control the committee that has power over such investigations in order to protect the corrupt ones they want to keep in power, and the ones they want to drag through bureaucratic hell.

I wish we the people could send representatives down there to D.C. to make laws and control the spending of our money and stuff. We could insist that only civilians are elected to go.

We have a zillion lawyers, lobbyists and politicians in Washington D.C. that know more about our Constitution than you and I together ever will. And they have more influence than we do. A heavier vote, if you will.
So why don't we just all shut up and sit down because the smart experts are already in charge and out-voting us with cheating. Lighten our votes and pretty soon they won't have to cheat because your CCP plan will have worked and the votes of the unwashed masses won't matter anymore anyway.

I'm OK with this except the part of auditing family members. The family member didn't sign up for the extra scrutiny.
First the IRS would need to not be funded by big gubermint as it mean that they are inherently biased in favor of increased government spending.
The only way this is possible is with Bitcoin. When the ledger is public, it can be audited by anyone, anytime, anywhere.
