I think Trump filed civil suits against Fani and the judge who allowed the charges, claiming they didn't have the right to do so. This judge said no Fulton County judges could hear those suits and must recuse.

The district's administrative judge is D. Scott Smith of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. While one of the district's judges may hear the case, they could have the hearing at the Fulton County Superior Court.
