We've all seen the "solar storm" and "cyber attack" narratives being pushed for years. We know they did a nuclear PSA in NY. Well, this film puts it all together.
The overarching plot is about a power/comms/Internet/gps outage as a cover for the elites to tear down America from within under the guise of war, where our society was infiltrated from within and their soldiers are prepositioned before the attack. The prepositioned attackers give the illusion of civil war, and propaganda is spread to blame all of America's enemies, but a "global evil shadow cabal is responsible". The elites are given a heads up so they can leave, while we deal with the chaos. The movie is extremely, extremely slow but follows the plot we've been piecing together about their plans for the USA over the last 3yrs. This film should be seen by anons for discussion. It's certainly a predictive programming film.

A quick search tells me Obummer had some input, but didn't say he was executive producer. This makes sense for the plot line of war, cyber attacks, and sonic/microwave weapons against the citizens.
Sam Esmail directed and produced. He did the Mr Robot series about a black hat hacker.

Can confirm all OP said. Watched it today. They conveniently play down cabal involvement though. Maybe the cabal piece may be too much for the smooth brains. But a good SHTF movie.

There's an aerial shot at one point of them driving around a roundabout that looks at awful lot like Kennedy's burial site that looks like a Q.
I thought the same when I watched last night.
Watching it again right now. Just noticed that the "Friends" episode the daughter was stuck on when everything froze was season 10 episode 17.

His theory on the abrupt ending leaving the audience wondering what happens is that all the characters (and by extension us) are so horrible, we shouldn't care what happens to them.
Yeah he's basically just calling America racist and vapid and that it deserves what's coming to it.
I don't see how the Dad is that bad. He stayed listening to that shrieking Latina twice as long as I would've.
Also he really put his life on the line to save his son, I think that is admirable.
In fact, I don't think any of the characters in the movie are "bad". They're just typical human beings reacting in a way they think will help their survival.
Something about Rose though, she seems the most unsettling to me in a way. Like a human who never learns their lesson. She would be complete dead weight in real life.
The analysis never explained why the deer went away at the end. I took it as humanity could actually begin to work together.
The movie is based on a novel - a horribly written, depressing, cliched mess. I only read it because it was free and wish I had the wasted time back. I won't waste more time on the film, but from what I've read it strays from the plot to expand on the nature of the attack.
No other book has left me feeling more ... awful. Please don't make the mistake I did.
That's probably why the Obama's stepped in to produce it. They wanted the plot to reflect their attack with accuracy

The Road is a depressing ride, for sure. But I do enjoy McCarthy as a storyteller. I've steered clear of the movie adaptation for fear of ruining my impression of the book...although I've heard good things about it.
The Road movie is a very decent attempt at adapting a difficult novel. It really captures the mood and features one of the bleakest and truly apocalyptic atmosphere's in any media I've seen.
Never read the book, saw the film. Will never see it again. That movie was horrendous.

The year was 1619 and a ship bringing slaves landed in Virginia. There is a very interesting history of the owners of the ship and the final disposition of the slaves.

I just looked up white noise. There are a few big ticket films with that name. Didn't know what you were referring to until I found the 2022 film with the toxic train disaster plot. Holy moly, that was on the nose.

Sonic weapons are employed against the general population. It is implied that earpro might help. That is not confirmed since only one person in the film was permanently harmed while being exposed in the open like the others. The same character was also bitten by a bug presumed to be a modified tick, but it is never confirmed that either the tick or the audio weapons caused the harm.

Good summary. The movie is also peppered in racist undertones as well. So predictable. They want an enemy you cannot see and have to trust them on who the enemy is today (virus, hackers, terrorist).
The only redeeming theme was the awfulness of white liberals and their latent racism/prejudice.
Yes it's comms all right and also complete garbage fear porn and the White Parents are hideous personality-studies with kids who feel invisible, one lonely and tragic and the other angry and sadistic. The adult black male is the only likable character. Kevin Bacon makes a good hardline survivalist. Julia Roberts is disturbing in her frigidly prejudiced bitchy wino dried up hag role.
The movie literally ends at the exact point at which it became interesting. No resolution to the situation at hand, merely that it is discovered that nuclear/kinetic war is taking place and that the civilian population is in extreme danger. New York City is shown after being nuked and they show non-nuclear bombing sorties of the city after said nuke.
The whole movie can be summed up as protracted anxiety over a situation that is only partially explained in the last five minutes of the film as "white house and population centers under attack by unknown military force. Nuclear radiation detected near population centers. Seek shelter and cover". I'm pretty sure I nailed the exact message with the same number of words they use in the film's emergency alert lol.
Definitely not with the amount of comms the MSM is putting out. Do a simple Google search for "solar storm" or "sun flare" or "cyber attack" and you'll see a whole host of msm stories in addition to this film in just the last two weeks. My prediction is that this will be done in an attempt to stop the election and simultaneously attempt ww3. I suspect that in actuality this will be used to backfire on the DS. We won't know till we're on the other side of it of course.
I took the ending as the girl being the only survivor. She made it to the bunker and watched the episode named "the last one". She being the last one as she was the only one in the bunker.
The elites were only talked about and were not shown. The end shows the start of kinetic war on US soil. And yes def possible migrants can be used for kinetic battle.

The story is told from a normie perspective. It depicts what a normie could expect to see if Q was telling the truth. The mention of "rogue military" is delightfully ambiguous to an audience who read about devolution :-)
We never find out who the mysterious attackers are, but they are consistently portrayed as bad guys who destroyed the heros civilization.
tl;dr it's a 2 hour advertorial to raise awareness of the democrat "...threat to Our Democracy" slogan.

They're predicting in the film regular people will tear each other apart and there will be a civil war. They leave it more on a cliffhanger you don't know what happens in the end. Some hope maybe but maybe not.

The bunker at the end of the movie was in a neighbors house. Neighbor had ton of food and supplies but not there for some reason. The daughter decided to "Leave The World Behind" and watch the last episode of friends, her only ambition throughout the show.
That is what I thought! It showed a house sign with a name of “Huxley” and got confused with the character GH (H for Huxley) and I thought toward the end of the show GH had made a reference to a bunker… I wasn’t to enthralled by the movie but with all the clamor about it I may have to watch again.. uhg.

I watched the movie. First off it wasn't too bad I actually enjoyed it.
Second off, I didn't quite understand the relation to this post or your meaning that it might have comms in it however as the movie went on especially towards the last quarter of the movie it all fell into the place and I totally agree.
