I agree to an extent, but gut flora and skin microbiome have a lot to do with it. I also doubt if an "old lady" wore something like Jo Malone Scarlet Poppy or Kayali Utopia Vanille she woild smell lkke an old lady. Older women simply tend to gravitate towards classic or more powdery fragrances.

Micro nutrients plus anti microbial. Msm and doctors have been downplaying honey as just fructose when real honey is pretty much a superfood. Obviously you moderate use. A bit with lemon water, a little more in hot tea, etc but i would say a tbsp or two per day have way more benefit
I'm pretty freaking old and I don't smell. Neither does my husband, nor our house. Old people get smelly because they are less concerned with personal hygiene, and that's it.
