This isn't really breaking. The decision itself also immediately put an injunction on the judgement up until the day before the deadline, and also specified it would become an indefinite injunction if it was appealed the the USSC.
It's been appealed, and so this is what the decision itself specified.
Needs to go to the SC. Several state AG's are trying the same scam as Colorado.
UPDATE EDIT: Main just pulled the same stunt. PoS Democrats and their RHINO Cheerleaders.
In regards to maine:
CO Sec of State Jena Marie Griswold didn't kill herself.
There was a post going around right after this explaining how the court case was simply a stunt. That there was no true way to enforce it.
It predicted that it would fall shortly. Turns out they were right!
Anyone have a link
I heard the guy that is behind this BS on CNN, he said the courts have thrown out the suits because Trump is not officially the nominee.
He said as soon as Trump is the nominee they plan on refiling.
The Commies want to subvert the election as much as possible.
That makes sense. It'll be bad optics to single out a private citizen like that before anything is official
That’s weird because I was under the impression that Trump was barred from the primary ballot.
My comment was directed at the strates where the 14th amendment challenges have failed, not the Colorado case, specifically.
That is what their decision was, yes, including denying the count of write ins as well.

Exactly. Came here to say this.
My prediction:
Because of the public announcement that Trump WILL be on the ballot, the case is now moot (there is no 'damage' for SCOTUS to assess).
Because of that, SCOTUS will toss the case (they will not rule on the matter).
That enables another state to do the whole thing all over again, because SCOTUS hasn't declared it illegal.
And then they'll figure out a way to say that because SCOTUS refused to rule on it, it meant Trump had no standing and resumed the ballot shenanigans.
But Colorado is too high in the sky to concern themselves with such things, to be honest.
This! Or... sos says oh i changed my mind, he off the ballot. (after scotus tosses the case)
Yep, that's another possibility.
They'll he doing it for biden 5hen. Those case are coming v

I go to the Daily Mail to read some article, then get distracted by all the women in bikinis and tight dresses🤣
Steady, man....steady....lol!
White Hats!
That is a possibility.
The original ruling stayed the case. This is nothing new
It was already written that way so this is not news just click bait.
…and Maine just took him off the Ballot. Scared much?
dontthink it was a switcheroo... In there case document at the end said they put a "stay" on it... so, just a talking point yes?
Scotus isn't going to keep him off
They caught local flak
It lasted a little longer than the 72 hours we generally give this kind of news.😂
so he is on the Colorado and off of the Maine...
