I wonder if the white-hats are using these "mechanical faults" to get quality time with people they are arresting or using? Blinken will fly home on a much different plane without all of the stuff that is on his plane. That would be a perfect time for "wall-to-wall counseling" (for those ex-military that understand the reference) without risking any hidden bugs or cameras on the govt plane.
