Trump allocated $15 million to building the new court building in Gitmo and another $500 million to expand the detention facility at a time there were only 38 prisoners there. many years ago I visited a jail in Madras, india. Madras is a huge city but it only had 4 (empty) cells, near the building entrance. Each cell had a poop hole and were about 6 ft long but only about 2 foot deep. Just long enough to lay down in but not deep enough to avoid getting whacked on by the cane batons that were provided to visitors at the door. Notice I said the cells were empty. I wonder why?
