Not sure where this question is coming from, but John Podesta was Bill's Chief of Staff AND Hillary's 2016 campaign chairman, and Huma has worked for Hillary in multiple roles for quite a while.

Primarily, its all about game theory, using the metaphor of chess.
In general:
King = the key point, the implosion point, the piece that once checkmated brings the game to a halt, and the side whose king was trapped loses.
Queen = the 'most powerful' piece in the game. Can move in all directions, dominates if unopposed. The primary protector of the King.
In chess, when do you attack the King? In the mid to end game. You do not start out attacking the King. Move too early, and you'll be handing your opponent an advantage.
So, in the beginning or the mid-game, you need to knock out the Queen, as this piece protects the King, and symbolizes the capacity to counter-attack.
Q's drop responds to an anon posting the article about Graham not calling Obama to testify (May 2020). Q responds by posting the article where Graham explains he will had the chairmanship for the Judiciary Committee back to Grassley (Oct 2019).
But Q also points out that in chess, one attacks the King (presumably Obama here) not at the beginning of a game but at the end (middle-end). It looks like Q's use of the Chess Queen metaphor was also a dig at Graham, but Graham was also handing the chair back to Grassley, which a deep state would not want to do (as Grassley is clearly a Patriot).
Then, we're left with the question: was 2020 still early in the game? or was it middle-end of the game?
If it was early in the game, we can easily speculate that Trump's calling out for Obama to testify was kayfabe (aka action done for show and narrative effect, to influence the game board), and that also Graham's protection of Obama "It would set a precedent" perhaps wittingly or unwittingly played in to DJT's hand.
Too early to bring out Obama and attack Obama. But during the Biden administration, all sorts of precedents about how former Presidents can now be handled are being set.

I have a different theory:
CIA Headquarters beneath Lake Geneva (known locally in Switzerland as the FIS or Federal Intelligence Service) is hiding the fact that Queen Elizabeth II died, most likely on or around December 20, 2016.
In order to muddy the waters in respect to the delayed announcement of the Queen’s death, an Express report from January 10, 2017, curiously stated that “Users of social networks suppose that the death of the Queen maybe needed to be kept secret for a little while for some necessary procedures”.
The notion that news of the Queen’s death will be delayed was confirmed, albeit in a de facto manner, by a Yahoo News report from January 4, 2017, entitled “What Would The Queen’s Funeral Be Like?” which stated that “In case the Queen passes away during the night—an announcement would not be made until 8:00 AM the following morning”.
The death of the 90-year old Queen is evidently being delayed by the CIA in order to maximize the funeral’s political distraction for nefarious reasons. In other words, the CIA wants the Queen’s death and subsequent funeral to coincide with other geopolitical events which they do not want the global public to pay attention to.
The Queen’s death will likely be declared at some point in January of 2017, most likely when the CIA stages a de facto coup in America whereby soon-to-be dictator President Obama stays in office, most likely in the aftermath of a “National Emergency” due to a terror attack, foreign invasion and/or natural disaster.
The notion that the Queen’s funeral is currently being planned was confirmed by a December 30, 2016, report from the International Business Times which revealed that “preparations have already been made” for the Queen’s funeral which is slated to be the “biggest event in recent British history as well as one of huge global significance”.
Due to the CIA-run media, the entire world will be focused on the country of Britain, the Royal Family, and of course the Queen who will lie in state for 12-days prior to her made-for-TV funeral, giving the CIA plenty of time to pull a political fast one in America or elsewhere.
The notion that the Queen’s impending funeral will be a political distraction of epic proportions was foreshadowed by a Business Insider report from January 1, 2017, entitled “The Death of Queen Elizabeth Will be the Most Disruptive Event in Britain in the Last 70 Years” which revealed that the “Britain will grind to a halt” once the Queen is declared dead.
The aforementioned report stated that the Queen’s death and funeral will: a) cost the British economy billions in lost earnings due to the chaos, b) temporarily close banks and stock markets, c) trigger a brief resurrection of the British Empire, d) convene the “Accession Council”, and e) possibly bring an end the British Commonwealth.
Although only conjecture, it appears that the Queen’s death will bring about a New World Order whereby the United Kingdom will replace the United States as the World’s dominant superpower. This will likely transpire when the United Kingdom and the British Commonwealth are resurrected underneath the leadership of King Charles.
THE ZOMBIE QUEEN HAS RISEN The date of December 20, 2016, is significant because it was the last time the Queen was seen alive. That is of course until she allegedly attended a church service at St. Mary Magdalene in Sandringham, Norfolk some 19-days later. Her purported appearance on January 8, 2017, was allegedly photographed and videotaped ad nauseaum in order to sell its authenticity to the public. The mysterious appearance by the Queen came exactly 6-days after I initially began to write this report on the Queen’s death back on January 2, 2017. The timing of the Queen’s purported appearance on January 8, 2017, suggests that it was a CIA-spawned publicity stunt designed to: a) preempt this report which is destined to go viral and/or b) dissuade me from publishing this report in that the Queen is alive and well. Needless to say, the stunt did not work. Since the CIA and her sister intelligence agencies in Britain (e.g., MI5, MI6, Scotland Yard, etc.) have accounted and adequately prepared for every possibly scenario in respect to the Royal Family, it’s highly likely that the Queen’s public appearance on January 8, 2017, transpired at an earlier date prior to her death, and/or was the work of a body double (i.e., a Queen look-a-like).
THE QUEEN’S DEATH RUMORS The notion that the Queen is dead is corroborated by a number of state-sponsored hoaxes which were disseminated by the CIA as a straw-man in order to: a) delegitimize any authentic reports that the Queen has died, and b) foreshadow the notion that the death of the Queen is imminent. The greatest of these hoaxes was perpetrated on December 30, 2016, when the BBC tweeted that Queen Elizabeth II had died. The allegedly fake BBC news account tweeted: “BREAKING: Buckingham Palace announces the death of Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 90. Circumstances are unknown. More to follow” (see photo above). This exact scenario was beta-tested back on July 7, 2015, when an actual BBC reporter published a Tweet confirming that the Queen had died. The latest BBC tweet was evidently designed to provide both media and political cover for the real death of the Queen which is forthcoming. Naturally, the tweet spawned thousands of subsequent reports similar to the International Business Times report from December 30, 2016, entitled “Is Queen Elizabeth ‘Death’ Announcement Real? Palace Denies Fake News Claim”. Also on December 30, 2016, Yahoo News published a report entitled “No, The Queen Isn’t Dead” which stated that “Queen Elizabeth II is fighting both a “heavy cold,” as well as some “vicious online rumors the 90-year-old queen died and a media blackout was covering up the news”. Due to the BBC tweet, Buckingham Palace was forced to report that both members of the royal family were alive and recovering from their sickness. In order to try and sell the notion that the BBC and the CIA were not behind the Queen death hoax rumors, the BBC published a report on January 5, 2017, entitled “Who Was Behind ‘Queen is Dead’ Conspiracy Hoax?”. Predictably, the report stated that the “Queen is very much alive”, an unlikely notion.
QUEEN NOT SEEN SINCE DECEMBER 20, 2016 The Queen has not been seen in public since December 20, 2016, which suggests that she may have died. Although the Queen allegedly made a public appearance 19-days later on January 8, 2017, the authenticity of her alleged church visit has yet to be confirmed by independent media sources. Also, no one has heard her speak since her illness. One would think the Queen would address the death rumors in a timely matter but that has not transpired to date.
THE QUEEN’S OUTDATED CHRISTMAS ADDRESS Although the Queen delivered her annual Christmas speech via prerecorded message, she made no reference to currents events such as Berlin Christmas Market Attack, Brexit, or the deaths of British icons David Bowie and George Michael. She also failed to mention Britain’s new Prime Minister Theresa May who replaced David Cameron on July 13, 2016. Instead, the Queen referenced the 2016 Summer Olympics. This suggests that the recording was filmed weeks if not months prior. In what appears to be political cover for the postmortem pre-recorded address by the Queen, the British TV show entitled ‘The Windsors‘ produced a Christmas Special in which “Bumbling Charles (Harry Enfield) had to deliver his first ever Christmas speech to the nation after the BBC accidentally taped over the Queen’s pre-recorded message“.
THE QUEEN’S ‘HEAVY COLD’ Although only conjecture, it appears that the Queen finally succumbed an illness on or about December 20, 2016, the last time she was seen in public. Her vaniching act form public life has since been chalked up to a “heavy cold”. A spokesman from Buckingham Palace stated that “The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh continue to recover from their heavy colds”. Secondary reports stated that the Queen “does not yet feel ready to attend church as she is still recuperating from a heavy cold”. The term “heavy cold” was likely disseminated into order to foreshadow the notion that the Queen’s body is cold and that she will not be recovering anytime soon. Although the Queen has allegedly recovered from her heavy sickness, it’s likely in print only.
QUEEN ABSENT FROM CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR’S CHURCH SERVICES In the event that the Queen was actually alive, it would stand to reason that her ‘heavy cold’ would not deter her from fulfilling her civil duties as the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, especially with the aid of modern medicine. Nevertheless, the Queen was absent from Christmas Day church service at Sandingham for the first time in 28-years. Roughly a week later, the Queen was absent from the New Year’s Day church service at Sandingham for the first time in “many years”. The fact that the Queen was not able to muster a public appearance on these key dates suggests that she was not able to walk, likely due to the fact that she is dead.
QUEEN’S FUNERAL ALREADY PLANNED Because the Queen likely died on or around December 20, 2016, it’s highly likely that her funeral will be closed casket as her body will have deteriorated since her passing roughly 5-weeks prior. Roughly 10-days after the Queen’s last public appearance, Metro published a report on December 30, 2016, entitled “Here’s What Would Happen When the Queen Dies” which speculated about the Queen’s impeding demise. That same day, December 30, 2016, the International Business Times published a report entitled “Queen Elizabeth’s Death Has Been Planned For Years: Funeral Arrangements Are Regularly Updated For British Monarch”. The report revealed the Queen’s funeral “would likely take place 12 days after the Queen’s death” and that the BBC “conducts rehearsals for how it will deal with the Queens’s death”. Also on December 30, 2016, the Irish Times published a report entitled “Braced for Brexit – And the Death of Queen Elizabeth” which stated that “At some stage the longest-reigning monarch in British history will be buried with all the pomp and circumstance that the global leaders in this field can muster”. If the Queen were alive as purported, these type of reports would not be allowed to be published, especially in the United Kingdom where the Queen is God.
KING CHARLES FORESHADOWING Because the Queen evidently died on or around December 20, 2016, speculation has begun in the media that Prince Charles is about to become the King of England. This was never more obvious than when the International Business Times published a report on January 2, 2017, entitled “Who Will Be King? After Queen Elizabeth Dies, Prince Charles Could Spark ‘Constitutional Crisis'”. The notion that Prince Charles will become King of England was also foreshadowed by “King Charles III” (2014), a play in blank verse by Mike Bartlett. It premiered at the Almeida Theatre, London, in April 2014 and centers on the accession and reign of King Charles III of the United Kingdom.
THE DELAYED MEDIA DEATH The notion that the CIA would delay the news of a head of state for nefarious reasons is not that farfetched for it has been done on multiple occasions prior. The best example to date is that of Nelson Mandela, the former President of South Africa and noted civil rights leader. Mandela, who had not been seen in public since July 10, 2010, allegedly died on December 5, 2013. A day later, on December 6, 2013, Mandela’s last photo which was allegedly taken on April 29, 2013, was released to the public in order to sell the notion that he had been alive the entire time. The death of Mandela was evidently delayed in order to coincide with Barack Obama’s historic visit to Africa where he able to grandstand on the international stage during the made-for-TV funeral. Obama showed his respect for Mandela by flirting with the blonde female Danish Prime Minister and taking a selfie with other heads of state.
