If humans could fly no one would because it would be considered "exercise".
This is not a hard equation. Exercise + eat healthy + go outside = health.
It's fucking sad that people don't understand that. They'd rather just swallow their 14th pill of the day while sitting in a chair, their car chair, their office chair, their couch then to move their legs.

I made a 30 something guy mad several years ago when he was complaining about his “depression “— told him he needed more pick ax/ wheelbarrow work and he’d be fine 😂 He was really angry at me— but of course it’s true ( I was in my mid 60’s at the time— never been depressed either)

You probably will age a lot better than him as well. I think society tells people they need to slow down and stop doing things at a certain age. Saw a video interview of an 85 yo rancher from Alaska. She was working hard still and looked 45. Incredible.

Depression sucks, especially with the current state of the world, but these drugs are nothing but brain poison. It's so odd to be able to actually feel emotions again after being drugged into apathy for so long. I've cried some of the most healing tears in the last few weeks and I feel so much better.
I don't know how hard i can say "No fucking shit" to this. Back in 2015 i started going to the gym as a means letting out stress from work. For 5 years ive been going ive seen a massive boost in self confidence and positive attitude along with a higher sex drive. I mean, I'm Italian I've already got a high sex drive but bustin weights amped that up.

We have placebo studies with success as high as 70 / 80 % Yet depression meds only had a 50% success rate. Sure sounds like consuming a tic tac would be better for you.
The entire seratonin-based depression theory never really made sense.
we wouldn't dare start fucking around with random values on our windows registry so how insane does it sound to do something similar to that to a infinitely more complex human operating system (our brains) especially when we don't fully understand how the brain works
