Shirley and I'm not the only one that noticed Toni Bobulinski telling everyone that he has a "Q level" security clearance...

Donโt call me Shirley.
i am serious,
Hello Serious!
greetings fren
The first rule of Q clearance is don't talk about Q clearance.
Not true. I was in line for Q clearance, but the circumstances changed and it never came to pass. (I have held a Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information [CNWDI] clearance.) It was discussed in the clear. The characteristics of clearance levels are not necessarily classified, or one would have to be read into that level before they could know about it. This sort of obscuration is reserved for compartmented programs, not clearance levels per se.
I think it was an attempt at a humorous reference to Fight Club.
Ah. No problem. My default is to take everyone seriously unless flags are up.
Heisenberg's Shitpost.
HI boss, I'll give this one a sticky and see if it catches on.
He says: "Listen, I'm a former naval officer. I held a Q security clearance...."
He did not say that he still has the Q clearance.
Sounded like he said "hold" to me.
Sounded like "held" to me.
That would not be unusual for the Navy, which operates aircraft carriers and submarines propelled and powered by nuclear reactors.
Even though Navy = DoD and Q = DoE?
The nuclear command is joint with USN and DoE.
DoE has authority over nuclear reactors. And nuclear weapons. Remember Admiral Hyman Rickover? He had two hats, DoD and DoE.
"Q" is the mathematical symbol for heat.
u/#q2830
And that means zero in the world of clearances. It also means the set of rational numbers. There are all kinds of usages for the letter Q.
The Hunt for Red October. When they went to DC their visitor credentials displayed Q level clearance.

Hmmmmm, are we talking an inside plant in the Biden Crime family????
Does anyone know if the Wikipedia article about security clearance classifications is accurate? It says
Additionally, the United States Department of Energy issues two levels of security clearances:
Q Clearance โ Allows access to Classified information up to and including TOP SECRET data with the special designation: Restricted Data (TS//RD) and special Q-Cleared "security" areas.
That is correct. DOE runs it's own security clearance system separate from the military, and q clearance is one of the levels.
They also have an "L" clearance - equivalent to a DOD Secret.
It's right below Q clearance.
Joe's on fire today :D
Q aint real PW told me so
/s for those who need it
Boom
He said, "I held a Q security clearance", not "I hold a Q security clearance"
He looks like he may have eaten the Q... thinking it was a doughnut.
Had.
While in the Navy.
Not anymore.
Had, a long time ago.
I saw that too! My grandma took notice of that statement for sure!
I KNOW - You canโt fly that out there Tony without an army of frogs ๐ธ raising a few eyebrows!
