Myriam was pregnant with Sylvain's 3rd kid when they finally married. Since then it has been a slippery slope: he was professionally invited alone to some dinners where strippers and alcohol were provided. She also met some of his female colleagues who were quite vocal regarding their abilities to "get a guy for the night" whilst winking at him.
Then she got cancer which took time to heal, then she got myocarditis, because yes, she's vaxxed. During this time, Sylvain was communicating with a mysterious she who he swears was just a "platonic non-affair".
He reproached Myriam to become disgusting because of what chimio did to her body and skin. Sometimes he goes to the fitness club... outside the opening hours.
Whilst checking Sylvain's company account, she found out he subscribed to some kind of Meetic site... Just to talk with other people, he says.
Tomorrow, they're making a fiesta as he turns 50. I don't go as I broke all contact with them in 2009. My nephew and nieces only know what my wife tell them about me.
I told my wife she could not decently attend the fiesta tomorrow: this man is destroying her sister and she should not caution this dumpster fire in the making. Now, she's free to go and be with Myriam, but it would be hypocrite and counter-productive to even be polite with him: his parents should be there, they may be interested to hear some real facts about their boy...
That's quite a rant. Sorry, I had to evacuate.... Then, I hear God telling me: "She needs all the force possible to get through this situation. It shall take justice and forgiveness."

I am so sorry for your sister in law to be in such a terrible situation and I am sure I don't need to tell you what I think about Sylvain...unfortunately people like that exist...I believe they are called narcissists and they take delight in ruining other people's lives while thinking only of themselves. I hope Myriam is considering leaving this very evil man...she will never find peace or be whole until she is free of his control. I will certainly pray for Myriam and the kids ...I am sure she has her hands full. I hope you and Anne support her in every way possible...God knows and understands...I pray she is a believer. Birthdays are so weird. Especially big birthdays where everyone is invited, even though things might not be that great. So, I totally understand. I go to events because it's the right thing to do, I don't go to events because it's the right thing to do. I usually go with my gut feelings, which is my spiritual heart guiding me. Remember, an occasion will arrive, and the day will end. It is history. Done. Everyone will forget about it and move on, but you will feel much better that you did not go when you know how bad it would make you feel. That is honoring your boundaries. Love to you and your family.

Maybe at this time in her life Myriam really needs to see her sister. There is just something about the bond between sisters, especially when one needs the support of and to hear the truth from the other.

IMO I think Sylvain needs the most prayer to change his ways, however Myriam needs prayer for her health.
Our Heavenly Father, We come together today to pray for our friend Anne's sister Myriam and her husband Sylvain. We pray a healing of their relationship over them and a renewing of their love for one another. We pray Lord for Sylvain to awaken to the sin he has cast upon their relationship and the hurt, anger and untrust he has caused. We pray he sees the hurt in Myriams eyes everyday for what he has caused her.

Father God, We come today to lift Myriam up to you. We know we are powerless to help ourselves and serenity and healing only come from you Lord. Please calm her soul and make her body whole. Red flags of possible infidelity:

going to the fitness center when it’s supposed to be closed (or going somewhere else)

These look bad, but they’re not conclusive evidence. Miriam should try to get conclusive evidence before reacting to infidelity. Maybe your wife could help Miriam figure out how to get the proof. Maybe there will be an opportunity at the fiesta. Maybe recruit a James O’Keefe - type to record a drunken confession. I would advise holding off on telling Sylvain's parents about the circumstantial evidence until harder evidence is secured. Think of it as a sting operation where you don’t want hm to get his guard up prematurely. He might turn it around and make things worse for Miriam. It seems she’s been snooping on his phone and work computer, so she has some dirt on her hands that he could exploit.
Also, did Sylvain condone or warn against Miriam taking the vaxx? If he told her not to take it but she did anyway and made herself less healthy and attractive, then maybe you could have some empathy for him:
