But when you click on one of the latest episodes, she literally wears black and dark gray eyeshadow. it just doesn’t make sense. She looks so gaunt. Perhaps she’s taking Ozempic.
All that being said… I can’t judge her soul based on her looks. I doubt that would have her in his life, if she was a negative asset. However; doesn’t he have children with another woman? I’ve never seen Kimberly pregnant with his child so that’s a big sign.

Depends on the woman. Generally speaking, pre-menopause can start as early as late 30s. Most start late 40s, and few hold off until early 50s.
There are other reasons, but that's the main one that's going to cause lack of interest due to hormonal changes.
