DA's and Sheriff's, yes. The Sheriff of any county can be shown this video, deputize the people to go in and raid/arrest these scum. The people can push on their own local level. If a sheriff wants to indict, he can get the receipts from Ivan. If you are off duty or retired or current military or law-enforcement, you can volunteer to be deputized to participate in the physical raids. Ivan is not asking the general public to participate in those. He wants us to push Elon to release more damning evidence & wants us to push our sheriffs to get on it.
I suspect these are all operations that have the same goal of covering up the child trafficking system in place planet-wide.
