BTW, SCOTUS did NOT say that Trump has "absolute immunity."
They said an official has "some immunity" from official acts, but not all acts are official.
This is in line with legal history. We do not want government employees to have absolute immunity, no matter what.
They do not have immunity for crimes they commit while claiming it was an "official act."
SCOTUS has sent the case back to the lower court to iron out what/if his acts were criminal.
That is how it should be.
Trump was actually claiming "absolute immunity," but they said no, but yes for some immunity.
This case is not over, but will likely go past the election for final decision, which can be appealed after that.
Libs are really exposing themselves now for how clueless they are about almost everything.
They forget, the military has a duty to disobey an unlawful order under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
But here's the thing ... Biden is NOT actually the president. Biden has no immunity at all.
And Obama was an illegitimate President due to being foreign born. Once this is proven (proving that is probably near the tippy top of Trump’s to-do list) then he will have no immunity.
