I do like the precedent. How many years' salary (plus benefits) should "Depravation of Civil Rights"? Being "Fired" from a job, means that getting a similar job, at similar pay, with matching benefits will be much more difficult.
I would make a starting bid at 5x annual pay, plus benefits. $700k is not going to make this individual "whole".
Back in ‘21 I was saying that after Trump is back, that Congress will pass a bill for some form of retribution for people who were fired.
People shouldn’t have to hire attorneys, and deal with court cases and appeals. If there is a formula (salary, years on the job, etc) established that employers who fired people were forced to abide by, then it would be better for everyone involved. Well, everyone except the employers and lawyers.
My son had to do a religious exemption to stay in college for his engineering degree; I can't tell you how we sweated over the wording of that thing because if you didn't say it just right, they punted you. He was beyond stressed, PTSD etc. then they came back at him asking for a reiteration, like, "Are you sure? Say it all again to us..." For me, that is fucking illegal. But they were in charge for their grubby 15 minutes of power, so he kissed their asses and sent his story over again IN SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT WORDS and it stuck. Would LOVE to see a class action open up for students who were harmed mentally and emotionally by the stress of that crap.
Good and I hope many others have to pay up as well. What they did was patently wrong and dehumanizing. And they still deny some surgeries to this day still for not taking getting the vaccine.
I refused to play their game on any level: masking, tests, medical information, any kind of exemption, etc. I just served a default judgment on the entire chain of command. Still working at the same place. Have had a couple raises. There is a lot of strength in not complying at all!
There’re some serious corrections happening!!! Though religion should not have had to be used as the reason.
I choose to not accept poison injected into my body is all that’s needed.

Her attorney will get a good 40% of that. She didn't take the jab, so she can find another job. The win alone is priceless.
He can retire early, oh, wait, I didn't calculate for inflation.
That should be enough money for 1/2 a steak dinner.
Or a carton of eggs.
6 egg carton yes

Wint be the last. I'd u got tossed from university, sue for return of tuition, lost time and suffering.
Let the lawsuits begin!!
Excellent!
That's how much they should give everybody who took the shot
yeap. Take it right out of the NIH, Dr Fauci, Deborah Birx' personal bank accounts, Bill Gates foundation, Gavi, all that shit. Liquidate it
And Pfizer moderna AZ etc
What if you didn't take the shot, but submitted a card that says you DID take it???
I should have refused and not requested a religious exemption. I could be rich!
on the contrary, this sounds extremely credible to me.
Awesome! Precident set. Sue those bastards into oblivion...then invite us to the BBQ.
They will appeal it and keep it tied up in court for years.
A precedent was set. Flood gates and class actions will be opened

This I think will expand to other things like masks, testing, etc.
Lawsuits will fly.
NOW DO US SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN.
Another battle won. Now just imagine if 500 people in that organization refused.
I wish I had been fired, they threatened us truckers and found out they were going to have massive used semi-truck lot.
Problem is it comes out of our pocket's, not theirs...
They tucked around. Now they found out. Bring it on. No quarter.
