Yes but, some key states have stated that it is too late to switch candidates - death would be the only qualifying circumstance. Medical emergency is not death. They would need him to not live, which I'm sure they could arrange and are possibly setting up with this covid announcement.

Tested with a test its creator said should not be used to diagnose COVID-19. Because it can't distinguish between it and other rhinoviruses. Seems rather convenient, doesn't it?
I think they’re going to 25th Amendment Biden and push Kamala to the forefront. This is to make way for the controversy surrounding her eligibility to be President. This could be another major decision by the Supreme Court to enforce the law while educating the public.
