I've seen advocates for our societies and communities to police and hold themselves accountable. Leaving Organized defense only for international relations (aka military). Currently, around the world, the cabal has worked to corporatize police forces, so that they represent the oligarchies and government corporations, rather than the people.
This needs to change. Making a society as safe as possible requires the people in that society to be of good character, and to stand up to protect and care for each other, as in "I am my brother's keeper". In such a society, crime, violence and such issues would be dealt with very quickly by the community itself. But of course, the underlying premise is men and women of character who take responsibility for their families but also for their community and society.
