My T levels were half the levels of a 65 year old man in the 80s.
I have to blame the environment around me, and all the microplastics and dyes and other crap they put in our food. Even my other buddies in BJJ have their T levels shot, and we're all healthy men.
If you're still jacked it's because your have high androgen sensitivity, that's the part of the equation that keeps getting left out. Even if your diet is on point in the end your body only makes as much T as it actually needs, hence why you see "low-T" guys who are still jacked and "high-T" hardgainers.
