Fried, poached, hard boiled, raw? I eat eggs but how did this guy cook or prepare that many eggs and not lose the nutritional content and his discipline/desire for eating them? The article doesn't elaborate it just says "equivalent" WTF is that?
Science papers proved , using radioactive eggs from irradiated sources, that PROTEIN SHITS OUT YOUR ASS UNDIGESTED if you eat a raw egg and are human!!!!!
Humans must eat cooked eggs to actually digest the white part of an egg.
RAW EGG whites just get passed through your body!
a total waste, and now a proven absolute fact.
A study published in the October 1998 issue of the "Journal of Nutrition" found that only 51 percent of the protein in raw eggs is digested after consumption, compared to 91 percent for cooked eggs -- meaning nearly half of the protein in a raw egg exits your body unabsorbed.
For human studies they feed hens nuclear isotopes, in this case, selected Nitrogen STABLE isotopes to not cause cancer harm in human test subjects, an expensive needless proof, but we are talking humans.

I used to drink 9 raw eggs a day for months when I was powerlifting, had zero issues. I'd run through the 60 pack of Costco eggs fast enough that I'd need to get two of those packs per trip.
Wow! Great info! I have no proof, but I always tell people who over do the vitamins and supplements, how do you know that you don't just poop most of it out?
Also those capsules with 30-40 different things in them, WTF you can't be getting much of each.
One thing I do is make cold tea with half ginger lemon tea and half green tea, sometimes I swap in Dandelion tea for one or the other. Then I top off my glass with some cranberry juice. I have organ issues and it has seemed to help, if not cure.
If I had to eat that many i would do a YUGE omelet and make the rest deviled eggs and crush them (pun intended). No way I'm getting through that many eggs otherwise. Especially if I needed to eat the yolk.
He’s a Harvard Doctor doing an experiment to prove dietary cholesterol theory (being bad) is a lie. He is involved with a group that are debunking the cholesterol myth “statins good”. He is a LMHR. That means that when he went low carb his LDL cholesterol skyrocketed to over 400. This happens to lean people on low carb. They discovered the reason for this. It’s not a bad thing.
He also ate Oreos for a few weeks to lower his cholesterol.
I like eggs too. Still, the entire cholesterol debate, high, low, good kind, bad kind, it's all a billion dollar medical myth. By accident pharma discovered a class of drugs that lowered cholesterol. The rest is marketing and medical history. None of it is good.

For breakfast I eat 4 scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and a baked potato.
Sometimes when I get home very late from work and the whole family is asleep, I can eat the same thing I had for breakfast again, so he may have eaten the eggs in scrambled mode.
Free range chickens are a great investment, if one has the land/space and is able to invest the time and money into them and their keep. They more than pay for themselves.
I eat 4 per day as omelets. I put in franks red hot, dried onions & chives, some cut-up deli ham, and cheese. The generic eggs here in west Jersey are running $6-$7 for the 18 pack.
That is so true. VP Nominee JD Vance got dinged by the media for saying that the price of eggs was above $4 when the price behind him was $2.99. But his point remains valid despite what the media says.
I shop at Publix for their buy one get one free. You don't have to actually buy 2. You can buy 1 at half price. You can also buy multiples. Publix is a good company to work for too. Often everything I buy from them is BOGO, but always the majority. Its also the closest store on the bus except for Target which is within walking distance, but I don't shop at Target, they are too with the PRIDE bullshit and indoctrinating children. Selling "Tucking" Underwear to little boys. That is messed up!
Not so in the Bismarck/Mandan, ND area. Both stores do have to buy at least three to get the discount on three on some items. At one store, it is buy two 12 packs of soda pop at the regular price and get one free. Not a good deal as one needs to spend $9.00 on two packs in order to get the free item. The other store has three 12 packs at $5.99 each, but you have to get the three 12 packs of soda pop.
Publix does that buy 2 get one thing just as you say. However, the BOGO you can buy one or twenty. I buy one for new things to try and buy as many as twenty like Birdseye Chicken Voila, they have 6 varieties and I eat that when my wife doesn't make lunch for me to take to work. Voila has pasta veggies and a bit of meat and a sauce for most varieties, quick to microwave and healthier than anything else I'd bring, at a regular price of just under 6 its not that great of deal, at BOGO a 3 dollar lunch is a good deal.
Meh, I'm not a fan any of these several week dietary experiments. So many diet/health youtubers do these. Not enough time really for anything. Needs to be several months, at LEAST 3!
Anyhow, I eat on average about 10 whole eggs per day (organic/cage free). My LDL was "a little high" on my last lab tests. 103 I believe. Been eating tons of eggs for 30 years. You have people like Paul Saladino saying LDL doesn't matter if you are metabolically healthy. I don't know. I likes me some eggs.
Yeah I just got introduced to him recently. The things he says seem intuitively correct and he provides a lot of data to support his ideas. A bit on the extreme side of course but good to aspire to.
True. I like the guy however... he wrote "the book" on carnivore diet and then started eating fruit again. Now it's ok to eat several hundred grams of carbs per day. And then, how much does the fact that he surfs for hours per day influence his health and fitness? I'd say far above and beyond his diet! He doesn't really seem to factor that into his lectures.
I actually like the fact that he changed his opinion based on new information even though he had a very established opinion.
I’ve only listened to a couple long form podcasts and a bunch of shorter YouTube videos but in the podcasts he’s been fairly clear that he surfs a lot and is very active and that’s why he’s able to eat so many carbs. And that part of his diet might not be applicable to everyone.
But fair point about his activity level and all, I’m very active myself so I might just gloss over some of that stuff
Fried, poached, hard boiled, raw? I eat eggs but how did this guy cook or prepare that many eggs and not lose the nutritional content and his discipline/desire for eating them? The article doesn't elaborate it just says "equivalent" WTF is that?
NEVER eat raw eggs.

All my words ever on this site are 100% facts unless jokes.
Besides a couple in beers I chugged I never did a Rocky with raw eggs. But what you providing here is very interesting Jscholl17. Many thanks.
wrong.
shitting out 90% of eggwhites, but digesting all the raw yolk
51% includes the very nutritious raw yolk
science proved egg whites need to be cooked
Also a waste of money, those pasture raised organic eggs are usually on the pricier side. Around 7-8 bucks per dozen where i live.
I used to drink 9 raw eggs a day for months when I was powerlifting, had zero issues. I'd run through the 60 pack of Costco eggs fast enough that I'd need to get two of those packs per trip.
science PROVED the whites all just came out of your ass.
at least you got value from the raw yolk

"He consumed the eggs scrambled, fried, deviled, hard boiled and as omelettes."
"...saw him eat the equivalent of 24 eggs per day". Yeah, not sure what's up with that.
Every time he farts it's a felony. (Assault)

Cool Hand Luke.

An egg on every burger.
For breakfast I eat 4 scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and a baked potato.

Look at the diet of the strong man people. Lots and lots of eggs.
Free range chickens are a great investment, if one has the land/space and is able to invest the time and money into them and their keep. They more than pay for themselves.
Carnivores reading this going : DUH !
Who can eat that many?
Meat, eggs, fruit Simple as
My wife eats quite a few eggs, I'm going to eat more of them. They are doubled in price at some stores now though.
I eat 4 per day as omelets. I put in franks red hot, dried onions & chives, some cut-up deli ham, and cheese. The generic eggs here in west Jersey are running $6-$7 for the 18 pack.
bought two dozen eggs from free range chickens at costco today, 4.99. Eggs at Costco are cheap.
Yummy
That is so true. VP Nominee JD Vance got dinged by the media for saying that the price of eggs was above $4 when the price behind him was $2.99. But his point remains valid despite what the media says.
Publix is selling eggs for 5 bucks a dozen and up.
That is likely where the future Vice President got his $4.99 cost.

Now he’s roughly the size of a baaaaaarge.
He also became sick of eggs. They can be cooked May ways but after a 5 day egg fast I was done with eggs for at least 2 weeks!
Related...anyone else think it's funny that every year eggs flip from being good to being bad for you? (According to MSm and fake studies)
