I find it funny when people are distracted by chem trails and HAARP when I literally said cloud seeding is the problem months back.
Pumping silver iodide into clouds. They use to produce rain to keep crops going. However putting too much does cause disasters.

I just downloaded this document and am anxious to begin my journey. I then quickly did a search on Nick Begich. His father had to be the late Nick Begich - R, Senator from Alaska, who died in a mysterious plane crash in 1972. The plane nor his body and 3 other passengers bodies were ever discovered. During the war of 1812 after the Britain burned down Washington with 5k soldiers. On their way to Baltimore a hurricane hit which put out the fires and then a tornado in which 1000 of their troops were injured or killed. The went to Baltimore with about 4k troops.
Who manipulated that weather? Spiritually speaking the adversies kingdom is being resisted and dismantled. Those of mankind who are influenced by him are being driven back and i believe we are seeing g him react to that with increasing storms and destruction. Very interesting line of thought. I would not doubt anything regarding claims of this kind and our corrupt government. This is so sad, but not unlikely. Evil people running our fine country. Our founding fathers knew something like this and they did build in protections for us-we just, at this time, will wait to see if Trump's team actually has a plan they are going to put into action-maybe because of some of the news posted here the plan is already in action!

Why would they leave the transponder on for planes doing secret weather manipulation missions so that any random shmuck could just track its location?
To give themselves plausible deniability by hiding clandestine activities within an otherwise routine weather surveillance mission. If a P3 can hold 180 pounds of cargo, which is less than the weight of a healthy adult man, then it could have seeded the storm with dry ice at the same time as it collected meteorological data -- the mission it is typically used for.
Adding scary music and video editing automatically turns off the brains of everyone, including those who are awake.

NOAA's website celebrated 70 yrs of cloud seeding. One of the examples was a hurricane they called Hurricane King. It was on its way out into the Atlantic when they decided to seed it. This was the first attempt to modify a tropical cyclone by seeding it with freezing nuclei. It was *almost * the last..
"However, it wasn’t until late in the following hurricane season that Air Force planes and Navy personnel became available to carry out the mission. On Oct. 12th, a hurricane (designated “King” by the Air Force Hurricane Office) moved northeastward over Florida, dumping tropical downpours on the southern end which caused damaging flooding that persisted for days. The next day the storm moved off the coast and continued out to sea. This seemed an ideal case for Project Cirrus, as the hurricane was no longer interacting with land and should not affect anyone after the experiment. That afternoon, two B-17s and a B-29 left Mobile, AL and flew eastward to intercept the hurricane. The first bomber flew at cloud top level and did the seeding. Large chunks of dry ice were fed into a crusher on the plane and dumped from the belly into the clouds below. The second B-17 followed a half-mile behind and 3000 feet (900 m) above to document the cloud changes. The trailing B-26 was the control aircraft and carried Schaefer to monitor the changes and direct the other two planes. The aircraft lacked sophisticated homing gear, so it was decided not to penetrate the eye or heavy rainbands of the hurricane, but seed the outer clouds.
They first made a half-hour run over 100 miles (175 km) long dumping 80 pounds (36 kg) of ice along the way. They backtracked then to see what the clouds had done. Next they did two mass droppings of 50 pounds (23 kg) each into one large cumulus top and orbited the cloud to see any changes. They noticed that after the first run, the cloud deck below began to break up. After the second test, the cloud top continued to grow. Satisfied with their effort, the airplanes returned to base.
The scientists were eager to examine the storm the following day. However, when they flew to the predicted storm location, they had trouble locating the eye. After some hunting around, they found the hurricane center nearly 100 miles (160 km) west of where they expected it to be. To their astonishment, the hurricane had made a 135 degree left turn and was now moving due west. On top of that, it was strengthening! By the afternoon of the 15th, Hurricane King struck Savannah, GA. One person died in the storm surge and US $2 million in damage was done to Georgia and South Carolina."

The current Hurricane headed for FLA is suspect at best. How many Hurricanes get their “Start” in the Gulf of Mexico and move in an E/NE direction? If you notice the projected path, it misses Dade county altogether, and takes out most of Western, Central and E/NE areas of FLA.....if you look at an election map, you will notice those areas are very RED....now imagine if those voters can’t get to polling stations because they’re cleaning up after a CAT 4? FLA turns Blue on Nov 5th

It took only 180 pounds of dry ice to alter the path of Hurricane King by 135 degrees, and that was done in 1947. The average American adult weighs more than that. How much can a single plane do? Quite a lot, evidently.
