Before I get into the update, I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for all the helpful information, prayers, support and encouragement. I love you guys.
I used Common Law. Step one was to serve the State Senate with a Notice of Legal Violation notifying them that Scott Wiener and others were working unlawfully without oaths/bonds, which I did in July: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Redacted-Notice-of-Legal-Violations-to-Senate-Committee.pdf.
For those that are unfamiliar with Scott Wiener, he is the guy from San Francisco who has been pushing the WEF agenda, and has been especially aggressive with eroding parental rights and decriminalizing pedophelia. He also blocks legislation intended to protect children.
Unsurprisingly, the State Senate did not have any of the people sign oaths/procure bonds. So on August 9, I executed step 2, which was a Writ of Quo Warranto, which is essentially a notice for everyone without an oath/bond to vacate office since they have no legal jurisdiction to be in office: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Writ-of-Quo-Warranto-redacted.pdf
No one stepped down. On September 18, the CA Secretary of State confirmed that Wiener and the others still had not taken oaths/bonds. None had bonds.
On September 26, 2024, I served the State Senate with step 3 of the Common Law process, a Certificate of Default. The summary of the summary is that 96 people who were all copied on the first two sets of legal documents are all conspiring together to commit fraud by knowingly allowing these people to work unlawfully, and they are also conspiring to violate our rights by allowing these fraudsters to pass bills that violate the state and federal constitutions. I demanded that all the people previously named without oaths be terminated and prosecuted, that the newly named people take oaths, that the State Senate start requiring bonds again, that all of Wiener's work be voided (I named a few specific bills) and restitution made for harm caused by the fraudulently passed bills (such as refunding excess taxes that were fraudulently imposed). I closed by saying that if they don't immediately change their behavior to serve constituents in accordance with the law, "we the people" will remove them all.

If we can get Wiener removed before the election, the republican opponent automatically wins as it is too late to put another democrat on the ballot. The whole country follows what San Francisco does, and if we can successfully take back our power as constituents in San Francisco, the whole country will quickly follow.

In the Certificate of Default, I also demanded that SB-1414, the bill to make purchasing a child prostitute a felony, restored to its original language. Wiener and 2 other people without oaths altered the language so it is only a felony to purchase some children in some situations instead of all children.
In the Certificate of Default, I demanded that AB-1955 be voided since he and two other senators without oaths are co-authors. This bill specifically protects people who are sexually grooming children in schools. The bill prohibits schools “to disclose any information related to a pupils sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression (including parents)… The bill would prohibit employees or contractors of school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or the state special schools, or members of the governing boards or bodies of those educational entities, from retaliating or taking adverse action against an employee on the basis that the employee supported a pupil in the exercise of specified rights, work activities, or providing certain instruction, as provided.”

Christine, usually I don't take sides in issues like this, I just let the dust settle where it may. But you've taken the time to push back against the machine and I like that kind of attitude. You probably have been diligent about all the facts and figures which causes your head to spin, yet I appreciate your efforts. I've had issues with my school board not wanting to teach our kids proper writing techniques, yet all they do is shrug their shoulders. Don't get too lost in the weeds. Keep your focus, stay determined and know you have a new fan or two who likes what you've accomplished. It takes a lot of effort to do what you've done. Keep pressing for the Senate to take action and have faith that your efforts will have a positive result. God bless!!

Thank you so much for the prayers! Even if I do not succeed in common law right now, I believe I will succeed in the court of public opinion. Currently, using public humiliation to shame the State Senate into following the laws is our only real weapon.
The good news is that National Liberty Alliance is getting ready to file a suit to bring back common law courts. Based on the recent Supreme Court rulings, they believe they will lose in federal court but win on appeal to the Supreme Court. That lawsuit should be filed any day now. They have already filed a parallel suit to give the sheriffs back all of their constitutional powers.
If Liberty Alliance wins on either case, then all the stuff I did will have teeth (no statute for limits on fraud and they are fraudulently occupying office).
Even if they don't win, as the word spreads about these suits, more and more people will push for these things to be instituted as ithey are both constitutional rights.

I have concepts, but very few specifics, since I’m really just following internal thoughts on how things should work - you know like - if there was no king and we were very literally all equals.
I started down the government corruption road because I was unlawfully harassed by California's income tax agency to pay them money that they knew -- by their own records -- was never actually owed.
I tried doing the statutory law route for several years and found the hard way that it was totally rigged, so I looked for alternatives.

The trick was to serve the named perps with default judgments over the harms they were inflicting on me. Of course, they threw that away on their lawyers' advice, after which I sent out fee schedules charging each $10,000 per person, per day, per violation.
After that I wandered about the office ignoring all mandates, and never got bothered about the vaxx or my status. They even stopped prompting me to file an exemption.
I think the key was to make the suit painful and personal. I filed directly against the CEO on down.
I served the people who were responsible for administering and filing the oaths, so the 2 HR executives, the Secretary of the Senate and Deputy Secretary of the Senate with fees, as well:
"...each would personally incur $11,700,000 each in penalties for violating multiple federal laws in accordance with the Federal Fee Schedule: • Denied Right of Truth in Evidence: $250,000 x 26 employees (per 18 USC 3571) • Conspiracy Against Rights: $200,000 x 26 employees (per 18 USC 241) • Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law: $200,000 x 26 employees (per 18 USC 242) • Total penalty: $11,700,000 each John Nam is fined an additional $200,000 as he signed an oath to a foreign corporation (per USC 219)."
I'm sure they just laughed and threw it away, but I hope they stay up at nights worrying about what they are going to do in December when it's time to sign and file oaths again.... I am hoping that come December, they insist that everyone has an oath and do push back against the people who don't sign.
Excellent. If they don't respond they can be served with default judgments, which one obtains in an ex parte hearing (i.e., only you and the judge). Thankfully, I never had to go that far.
Just causing them worry and stress is rewarding, however. You're also making them burn through expensive legal time. I got more satisfaction from that then you can, because it was corporate money, rather than taxpayer. Still, lawyers focused on your threat are unable to raze the populace elsewhere.
Some of the penalties were for refusing to turn over information and for lying and saying that they legally didn't have to turn over the info. I am hoping that now that they know that there are personal consequences for these behaviors, that they will think twice about making up lies to cover their asses. Before they thought they could do whatever they wanted as their employment status protected them. But now they know better.

I will be the first to admit that there are other issues that I only pay lip service to... there is only so much time and energy that each of us have, so as much as I'd like to get deeper into other things, I've come to terms with the fact that I can't do it all and have to trust that other people will take care of the other projects that interest me.
My philosophy is that each of us picks one area and we put as much effort as we can into that one thing, then we will all win as a society.
I am hoping that this is an issue that resonates with the people who see this post. If 5% of the people who see this sign the petition and 1% of the people who see it actually call, that will move the needle BIG TIME.
