Ah, yes. So meanwhile the poor dissident taxpayer gets harassed, dragged through the courts, heavily fined and then possibly go to prison. Who’s going to help him then? Because these sound great, ideal, virtuous when first presented but in practical terms doesn’t get enforced or subsequently ignored totally, even!😭 Case in point:

On paper tax is voluntary. In practice they will take your property.

The US is not a signatory of the Nuremberg Code, as far as I understand.

It sounds from just brief reading that the U.S. has adopted more of the code than most (all?) other countries.
So while I believe you're right, it would depend on what we've adopted I guess. It's 5:20 AM and I haven't gotten a lick of sleep yet so this is going to be a bit rough, otherwise I'd jump down the hole and actively check into the specifics.

It was late for me as well. I can tell you that I've looked into it in the past relating to human experiments using force or coercion, and I found that the Nuremberg Code was not adopted by the US, but California did adopt it as law under the states health and safety laws. But, maybe this tax issue is different than the 'code.' Maybe laws set under the trials are separate from the code of ethics known as the Nuremberg Code
Not 1 in a 100 or even a 1000 realize that the covid vaccine is a bioweapon designed to kill hundreds of millions had it not been revealed as such. The vaccine actually makes it more likely you'll catch covid, which would prompt most to get yet another vaccine. The plan was to kill an initial group and sicken a bunch as well, but then mandate boosters every 6 months or so. That way they could keep killing off millions with each batch. Most people didn't get an actual kill shot, they had different ingredients spread across several batches. Some likely even got saline. But over time it would have killed off 100's of millions. Then big pharma would have just made them all out of saline and charged you money for taking it. Quite ingenious actually.

To me it seems elusive.
That said, I would go a step further, since the premise here is a government is allowed to take the property of someone else without proper contractual premise but based on the idea of the common good and other utilitarian arguments, and say: no one is obliged to pay taxes since it is theft.
That's what I've been doing.
