This is a start. Only a small percentage will accept the reassignment as very few want to go to some new job doing something they don’t want to do or moving to another location, most will either voluntarily accept early retirement or the incentive package to resign. And the first reassignment is not the last. I went thru 3 restructures while in the government, one which asked I take a job I did not want or a job like mine in California. Nobody wants to move like that. Have faith. It’s going to get downsized it just isn’t an overnight process.
Now do colleges, I loost a position to an unqualified person, they fit the mold. I didn't. They do recieve federal monies, if not indirectly. Wasn't Biden able to demand colleges take the death shot because they recive federal monies? Goes both ways.
And then do K-12 school districts. I can think of several in the Northern VA region just outside DC, who have passively aggressively reached out to families in the past 48 hours with comms hinting that the change in the White House has no bearing on their DEIA bullshit in place and that they intend to double-down.
Let's just see about that...remove that federal funding, and then we'll see how "inclusive and fair" Fairfax County Public School superintendent Michele Reid wants to remain. At best, that bitch needs her comeuppance and to be brought in line (especially in light of recent DEI-related football scandals at Hayfield Secondary)...at worst, she needs to be FIRED, along with most of the school board, for their intractable support of the DEIA crap.

Because women (just like men) have issues she concerns that affect them but not the other sex.
But intellectual honesty is not why they got those degrees. It was virtue signaling. Most don't really care about women's issues, or the concerns of anyone else outside of presenting their 'woke' self to the community.
People who are truly serious about women's issues, concerns, health etc go into OB/GYN
