The SuperBowl is a terrorist wet dream, add that it is in New Orleans (mouth of the Mississippi River, main economic highway of CONUS) now we're adding extra virgins. I think the security at SB is probably pretty immense, now add President Trump and his security. And for good measure, ICE and it's extra military help in a border city. Seems like it's pretty secure and anyone trying anything will get busted before they have breakfast. If some collateral human trafficking gets picked up, bonus.
Based on New Orleans sea level measurements, it's unlikely that there are a lot of undocumented tunnels at least!
