My younger son has had tinnitus for some time. He took an antibiotic not knowing it was ototoxic and his tinnitus is off the charts. He is beyond despondent. I am scared for him.

HelloDolly, between all the 5G, electric vehicles, and even my mobile home parks solar buzzes, you might want to watch Dr. Barbara O'Neill as she notes many holistic ways to reduce the ringing. 12 min. https://youtu.be/5s1R7OAf0lg?si=7v6xykQr9Wc8Hw5C
Prayers for your son. 🙏❤️🙏
Thank you I will. Have seen her on Twitter.
Thank you
In Jesus Almighty name, he is healed.
Thank you.
Try L-tryptophan. It’s an amino acid that has worked for several people I know who had tinnitus. Praying for you and your son
Thank you we will!
Thank you. I am going to get some and give it a try.
I use it for getting sleepy for bed, had no idea it helped or could help w tinnitus
There seems to be an explosion of tinnitus. It must be environmental. And very likely nerve related. Try several slow deep calming breaths and see if that has any effect. Also the anti inflammatory effects of aspirin can be tried. And as someone mentioned, Ivermectin cures a lot of things. Worth a try.
I wonder if the kid got jabbed. I agree, Ivermectin is worth a shot. Can't hurt, can only potentially help.
I've had tinnitus for 10 years now, and just recently I got really sick with some kind of nasty cold or virus, so I decided to try ivermectin to help me get over it. So far so good. It's taken the edge off the symptoms but still pretty bad. Anyway, since I'm finally using ivermectin I'll let you know if it seems to be helping my tinnitus. So far I don't think I feel any difference but it's only been a few days.
How’s your ferritin level and vitamin D level?
There’s a few other deficiencies that contribute to tinnitus: b12, magnesium, zinc
Thank you
Vitamin D is at a great level. Iron/ferritin is a bit lower than it should be but still normal. Thankfully I've been able to raise it up over the past few months. B12 is super high, sometimes off the charts high, so I seem to be fine on that for a while. Magnesium and zinc are also normal too. I've been having my levels checked a lot this past year because of other health issues, and everything seems to finally be at a good spot (though my B12 is really high, but that's partly because the body stores any extra you ingest, so it holds onto a lot before it uses it all up).
Sadly I don't think my tinnitus will ever go away because it was caused by a medication side effect that my doctors did NOT warn me about (thanks, morons). But I've learned to live with it now. Still, if the ivermectin helps at all I'll let y'all know. Would be nice if it did but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Thank you
Please do let us know. Knowledge is power, after all. Good luck, I hope it helps
Update: After taking ivermectin really consistently for a week during my illness I can confidently say that it had no effect on my tinnitus. My tinnitus is neither worse nor better, nor changed in sound, pitch, or frequency. It's exactly the same.
Of course, taking it only for a week might not be enough to fix such a serious problem, but if ivermectin is supposed to help even a little bit I would have noticed some kind of difference, however small, by now. I'm sorry to say that ivermectin doesn't seem to help with tinnitus, at least for me. Perhaps if I had enough to take it for several months it may help, but I don't have that much ivermectin on hand to do that. Maybe when it becomes available over the counter in the US I can try that.
Yes he did. Thank you I am going to try ivermectin
Worth a shot to look into the FLCCC post-jab protocols as well.
I wish you guys luck, hopefully that stuff helps
Don't treat tinnitus with aspirin, as aspirin can cause tinnitus. This has been known for decades.
"Salicylate's ototoxic properties have been well established, inducing tinnitus and a sensory hearing loss when administered in high doses and for long duration..."
Thank you
Prayers friend.
Thank you Banjo.
I’ve heard ivermectin can help this! Praying for relief for him!
I was wondering. I am going out to CA to see him this week. Will bring some along.
Thank you TNLady
Dear Heavenly Father; please help HelloDolly’s son through this trial. Please don’t let him suffer any ear damage. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Thank you 4ever!
You both will be in our prayers!
Prayers on the way fren.
Thank you.
May your son make a complete recovery.
It might be worth looking up DMSO, it can sometimes help with peripheral nerve damage.
My husband just started using this. Had a few odd things happen but he isn't stopping it. FIngers crossed.
DMSO is a great carrier solvent as well. Folks need to be careful and clean the skin well before applying. I am currently using in the hopes to help just what you mentioned, nerve issues, amongst others.

Thank you
Thank you I will do that.
Thank you
Could be because of high blood pressure. Even though I'm deaf, I still have tinnitus and I notice it gets worse when I have elevated blood pressure. If managed, it goes away completely or greatly subdued.
But if it's confirmed that the antibiotics is on the ototoxic list, then it would obviously be because of the antibiotics, not high blood pressure.
Hope the condition will go away soon. Among the suggestions for IVM and DMSO, I would also look into MMS and maybe Iodine as if he's iodine deficient, then that would mean he's easily prone to illnesses due to low Iodine levels. Usually boosting his iodine levels will help remedy many conditions as iodine will provide the necessary nutrients for his body to work against any and most (if not all) illnesses and conditions.
Hoping for some good news soon!
Thank you fren.
You ever tried magnesium for the hbp?
Oral, not inside the ear. on all of these.
Diatomaceous Earth 2T mixed with 3/4 cup water. (Don't inhale the powder in the air while stirring)
Sodium Thiosulfate https://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?q=tony+pantalleresco+sodium+thiosulphate&mid=C6F9B958ECFF7B7433B9C6F9B958ECFF7B7433B9&FORM=VIRE

Some good considerations there. I've had friends respond well to B12, but as the article suggests, there does not seem to be one "magic pill". Need to try different things.
P.S. Windows8866's suggestion is a good one as well, I think. https://www.webmd.com/diet/foods-high-in-tryptophan
P.P.S. Some friends of mine with tinnitus have seen relief from this technique.

Short video and worth watching it in its entirety. The "how to" begins at minute 3.
Thank you Marvin!
Prayers up, Fren.
Check out earthclinic for some home remedies. Quite a few people mentioning “massaging” the outer ear with an electric toothbrush helps. Best of luck and healing to him.

Prayers are up for the lil guy! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Ouch. as someone with mild tinnitus for many years, I am sending my prayers towards your son.
🙏 for your son.
Stay strong anon 🙏🙏
Merciful Father in heaven heal this young man and restore his hearing to complete normalcy, in your son Jesus name🙏
I am praying for your son's recovery.
I've been struggling with tinnitus and hearing loss for about 10 years now, also caused by medication that the doctors did NOT warn me about. I know the pain, suffering, and depression he is going through. It is so isolating when it's such a miserable and annoying sound that only you can hear, you feel like you're going crazy.
Please let him know that there are so many of us who also struggle with this and we are here for him, praying for him. He will be in my prayers. And it may seem ridiculous, but please ask the Lord for a miracle in regards to your son. He can't help unless you ask, and He wants us to pray and ask.
Dear Lord, please help HelloDolly's younger son. Send Your healing mercy to him. Quiet the ringing and pain in his ears, clear his hearing and his mind. Be merciful, O Lord, we ask You for a miracle. Give him peace and comfort, let him know You are with him. In Jesus' Holy Name, Amen!
Absolutely lily, Our Father wants us to give all of our cares to Him.
Abba, we gather with our family here to lift up Dolly and her son. We know the power of prayers in unison and we are all agreeing for Your Total Healing of this precious boy. Calm his mother and guide their path. Father we know nothing is impossible for You and we ask this in Your Mighty Name! Amen! 🙏 🙌
Thank you Joy’s Daughter
Please keep us updated..🙏
I will
I have heard that eliminating caffeine and also prolonged fasting can help/cure tinnitus.
Several vitamin deficiencies can contribute to or worsen tinnitus (ringing in the ears). These include: 1. Vitamin B12 Deficiency – One of the most well-known deficiencies linked to tinnitus. B12 helps protect nerve function, including the auditory nerve. Low levels can lead to nerve damage, which may cause or worsen tinnitus. 2. Vitamin D Deficiency – Vitamin D is essential for calcium metabolism and nerve function. A deficiency can lead to issues in the inner ear and nervous system, potentially worsening tinnitus. 3. Magnesium Deficiency – Though not a vitamin, magnesium is crucial for ear health. It helps protect against noise-induced hearing damage, and low levels can increase the risk of tinnitus. 4. Zinc Deficiency – Zinc plays a role in inner ear function. Some studies suggest that low zinc levels may be associated with tinnitus, though research is mixed. 5. Folate (Vitamin B9) Deficiency – Folate helps with blood circulation, including to the ears. Poor circulation can lead to hearing problems and tinnitus. 6. Iron Deficiency (Anemia) – Low iron levels can lead to poor oxygen delivery to the ears, potentially causing or worsening tinnitus.
Thank you Firepit I knew about vitamin B12 but not the rest!
Chiropractor may also be worth a try. When I had seen the chiropractor, he mentioned that he was treating another patient and had healed her tinnitus.
I pray he gets better soon. I have it as well and it's no good at all.
Prayers
