I'm concerned that people actually believe that Trump posting this means that anything/everything Biden did in office is now overturned.
Considering how many people thought they didn't need to file their taxes this year because some Congressman somewhere proposed a bill to abolish the IRS, I'm not going to assume they understand the nuances of our legal system.
You're right, but now imagine this: The 2020 election is shown to have been a fraud perpetrated on the American people, and that Trump actually won it. That might be enough to invalidate everything done by Biden because "fraud vitiates everything."

We're still in the same boat. A court of law would have to make that ruling. Not sure if you remember, but we filed dozens, if not hundreds of lawsuits all over the country, from small courts to the Supreme Court, for four years, to try to show that the 2020 election was fraudulent. As far as I'm aware, not a single court ruled that the election was fraudulent.

Didn't say I "believed" it would happen, but I consider it one of several possibilities in the near future. I don't know if the Brunson case will ever be decided, or if a huge data dump would reveal it... but I'm just saying, what if that were to happen. It would be wise to keep it under wraps for the first year of the new Trump administration because I am quite certain the Left would say, "So OK, if Trump was really elected in 2020, his current term is in violation of the Constitution's two-term limit."

How can the Brunson case ever be decided if the Supreme Court never agrees for it to be heard? This is an example of what I'm talking about. People are still clinging to this fantasy, when there is zero amount of evidence to suggest it will ever happen.

They needed to use the Autopen because Sleepy Joe isn't the real Joe Biden and he couldn't consistently forge the real Joe Biden's signature. Joe Biden has been around for about 50 years in politics and has signed many documents. It is easy to compare a signature from 30 years ago with a forgery today, hence the use of the Autopen.
You think they're capable of making a clone or hiring a replacement that fooled 99% of the people, but they couldn't find someone that could consistently fake a signature?

As for picking up the 'pardoned' - to keep them from escaping US jurisdiction. Scaring the crap out of them is just a bonus. Until the pardon issue is legally resolved, back to the slammer!
Yeah...that's not how the legal system works. You don't put people in jail anticipating that something might be brought to court that would result in future actions being handled differently.

The one I wanted pardoned is Leonard Peltier he really was screwed over by the feds and North Dakotans have been trying to get him pardoned for as long as I can remember. Biden finally pardoned him, I hope it stands.

I don't want to be a debbie downer, but I was thinking this would be tough in the courts regarding the mental capacity as wouldn't Biden need to be 25thed?
It's not being a Debbie Downer. It's just operating in reality and understanding basic concepts like laws.
People are getting way too excited over this because the likelihood of anything ever actually being done in regards to this is slim to nil.
It's too late now to get the courts to declare Biden was not mentally fit to be President. For them to be able to make that ruling, they would need actual evidence in the form of clinical cognitive/neurological exams performed by trained professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and neurologists done while he was President.
As far as I'm aware, there are no such assessments done while he was in office showing he was not mentally fit. Simply making claims and theorizing is not going to influence any court to invalidate the actions of a previous president.
Finding a President mentally unfit was not a job for the courts. That responsibility was delegated by the Constitution to the Vice President along with the cabinet officers.

After reviewing your comment, I must admit I totally missed your point. I mistakenly thought you were advocating for court involvement in monitoring the presidents mental qualifications. Considering our judiciary that would we scary. For what it is worth, I agree with the view that it is futile to expect anything to be done at this point. Facing reality is often difficult (as is admitting error). Have a good rest of the day.
I'm going to point out an issue in the making here.
In a month or so, we're going to have a lot of people getting angry because they're not going to see all these people Biden pardoned getting picked up and thrown in jail. They're going to stomp around with yet another round of "Trump isn't doing what he said!"
Because they actually think that President Trump just posting on social media that Biden's use of the Autopen invalidated his actions as President is somehow legally valid.
So they'll be all disappointed when nothing happens, come here and complain about it, then get slapped with some bans for dooming, and then they'll stomp away in a huff because "censorship!".
Then the people that keep posting that all those Biden pardons will be revoked immediately are just going to pretend that they weren't getting peoples hopes up based on nothing more than ignorance of basic laws and wishful thinking.
In the meantime, all the normies that they gloated to that the DS/libs are about to get theirs are going to just toss this example right up on top of the pile of other failed pipedreams that represents our lack of credibility to the general public.

Ok, I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but that signature looks pretty much the same as the others, just signed with a pen with a thicker tip.
I really think people are getting their hopes up way too high on this, and it's going to end in bitterness and anger and "Why isn't Trump doing anything about overturning Biden's actions in office?!" when the hype on this dies down. 🤷♀️
Where is Trump getting that Biden didn't know anything about those documents that were signed, or that they weren't explained to him, and all the rest? Honest question. How would Trump know what Biden was or was not aware of concerning all the documents with his signature (by hand, or with Autopen?).
If the record says he was in D.C. when it was signed but Biden was really in the Virgin Islands ... that's the only way I see Trump winning this.
But Obama once had papers in DC signed with the AutoPen when he was in France, and it was determined that he could do that. 🤷♀️
And then again, when he was in Hawaii and papers in DC needed to be signed.
But sure, the courts are just going to ignore that they've allowed this to happen several times in the past, and they're suddenly just going to make it illegal to do now, and have the legality of it become retroactive.
