The taste is noticeably different. When you consume the constituent drops, it tastes much more sour.
If you follow the steps in the video, you will get 3000 ppm.
You then mix 10 mL in 1 L of water to get 30 ppm which is (roughly) 20 ppm more than municipal water systems that use chlorine dioxide.
Going by the instructions in the video it is not possible to create a solution stronger than about 3000 PPM, so there's very little risk in overdoing it. Let's say you accidentally use 1 – 2 mL more ingredients & make 3500 ppm… That will only translate into 35 ppm after dilution for consumption. Most of the scientific studies on the high-end are 50–100 ppm. I'm not a doctor. Use your judgment and do good research and you will be fine fren.
