If I am correct, I don't think a pardon applies to military tribunals. It only applies to the U.S. court system. Can anyone verify this?
I don't know for certain, but if you think about it - the military is Federal. I personally don't believe a military tribunal can override a federal pardon. You know - because it was supposedly given by a commander-in-chief.
I don't think any Biden pardons will ultimately stand though. The autopen thing is 100% legit. Especially once they figure out who is really behind it. The woman blamed was a fall girl. Jill may or may not be in on it, but I suspect it will be someone like Rice, Powers, or 0bama.
Pardons have to actually say what is pardoned. "pardon of everything forever, but secretly so nobody knows the specific crime" just simply isn't a legal thing... though it is an interesting desperation play as well as a massive admission of widespread guilt.

BTW - I agree pardons should be specific. Unfortunately President Ford set the precedent by giving that pardon to President Nixon. Legally he was probably ok because the Constitution doesn't specify that you can't issue a general pardon, but it had never been tested up to that point.
You can completely ignore that Ford "pardon" it holds no legal water. The Constitution doesn't specify you CAN issue a general pardon either, and more impostantly the legal system doesn't work like that. Law in the US is very much a system of extremely specific wording. Vague and unstated legal documents are struck down as baseless every day, and failure to explicitly state a legal documents exact terms is what nullifies legal documentation constantly.
That old fake "pardon" was never tested, so its fine to mistake it as something that might have been legal, but as with the recent desperate attempts none of them come close to being capable of withstanding legal review in a courtroom.
What they all may accomplish is acting as distraction. If the bad guys want a masquerade to go unchallenged, the bad guys won't allow their fakery to be challenged. That doesn't make the masquerade any less fake, it simply gives the appearance of legitimacy to the bad guys getting away with their fakery.
Exactly. In law, a pardon is an exoneration of a criminal CONVICTION. If there is no conviction, there is no need for a pardon. It is not supposed to be used as a GRANT OF IMMUNITY from any indictments, charges, or trials. These "pardons" are misidentified. They are unconstitutional, as no President has the power to grant immunity from the law.

With or without the auto pen... once that fraud is proven by military intelligence, those pardons won't be worth the paper they're printed on.

I just want to point out that his little failed anti tariff drama that didn't get anywhere could have been a psy-op that Q asked him to do in order to put an optic of distance between him & Trump. I'm just pointing that out. I always liked both him & his father. Hard to believe he would really want to deride such a key element of Trump's take dowqn of the swamp.
