US Supreme Court lets Trump end deportation protection for Venezuelans
(Reuters) -The U.S. Supreme Court allowed Donald Trump's administration on Monday to strip about 350,000 Venezuelans living in the United States of a temporary protected status given under his predecessor Joe Biden, as the Republican president moves to ram...
Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the sole member of the court to publicly dissent from the decision
I knew it before I even read the article
oh you mean the one who is gonna get whacked with the auto pen scandle
Here is to hoping!
I guess this case was not important enough to pull out the pedo card on Roberts, and what ever the cabal is blackmailing ACB with.
She got one of those Haiti babies smuggled by Clinton. She may have been aware of the source or after the fact presented the evidence as a form of kompromat. Either way in recent years I've come to the conclusion that women shouldn't hold positions of power or even cast their vote for others. Their judgement isn't sound and they are fucking cowards when push comes to shove. Also no more female cops
LOL Totally agree on the women issue.
Every other Justice got the memo from the WH. "We will go after you if you don't stay in your lane."
Well.......she's no biologist.
I didn't. It could've just as easily been anyone of them (other than Thomas or Alito).
ACB or Roberts would be the only other possible ones but considering it was a solo vote, Roberts would be out. He wont expose himself like that. Ketanji and ACB would be the two to do it.
Yet he’s not allowed to deport Gang members without giving them ‘Sufficient notice’ to contest it in court
Seems to me....A win Is a Win...😉👍😎
Agree :)

Thanks for the additional sauce.
I found this there.

Any service that advertises itself as "news" should be required by law to allow comments on each and every article. Only sexual content should be allowed to be censored.
These invaders did not come here legally, QED they are not immigrants.
I agree. These sites that full well know that most comments would be critical of their reporting disallows comments mostly under the excuse that they are forced to by their advertisers.
No comments allowed?
Then it's not news, it's propaganda.
They are proven by the fact that they don't want their narrative influenced by those pesky comments.
"The court, however, left open the door to any challenges by migrants if the administration seeks to invalidate work permits or other TPS-related documents that were issued to expire in October 2026, which is the end of the TPS period extended by Biden. "
So this TPS period, was this extended by EO? Because if it was it can be revoked by EO.
Auto pen going to revoke this one.
Just going off memory, I think it was already revoked, but ... it's being challenged in court.
Haven't you heard?
All EOs signed by a Democrat can never be rescinded.
All EOs signed by a Republican can be removed immediately.
Oh, how silly of me to forget that Muh Demokkkracy only applies to the Uniparty, and never to We, The People.
I thought that was what the Trump administration did - cancel the extension.
My bad for not digging deeper. The MSM acted as if the extension were still in place.
GREAT! Now do the rest of the illegals!
I don't understand the inconsistency in the SCOTUS rulings sometimes.
They don't either. It depends no on the cycles of the females. We're fucked more than you can know. Also this is why single moms make horrible parents.
TEMPORARY. Homeland security sets the terms.
Using words like “lets and allows” is what gets us into trouble. It ain’t theirs to do USA Constitution is the driver of the train.

good read

Another big win at the Supreme Court for Trump! But did you catch the SIGNAL in this huge decision?
But why is this Supreme Court decision so interesting? The decision was an 8-1 Supreme Court decision. The only justice who voted against this decision, was the one justice appointed by Biden.
Why?
Why did the other liberal justices go along with the conservative justices in this instance? Isn’t this a huge tell sign?

they had to vote this way.
had they tried to vote against it any justice who voted would be in violation of 18 usc 2381 in turn placing them in violation of cfr 3.903 thus allowing their forceful removal from office.

a vote to block deportations translates to adhering to enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the united states, which is a violation of 18 usc 2381
Nice research. Thanks.
But will they all have to have a hearing before they can be deported? I'm so confused...I wish they'd make up their minds. Better yet, let him (Trump) do his job.
Selective constitutional rulings are a tool of pacification for the weak-minded.
How did we manage that (with a corrupt SCOTUS)?
Oh, how nice of the Supreme Court.
Thanks Mods
