A vegan diet is potentially unhealthy unless you do very diligent research. The body needs amino acids and other elements found mainly in fish, eggs and meat. The temptation with a vegan diet is to snack too many refined carbohydrates, which the body stores as fat.
Yeah I am doing a keto diet cleanse for my organs and have definitely felt better and am dropping some pounds. This would be impossible to do vegan. Your body needs animal fats and protein.
This is correct. There are 9 amino acids that the body needs to be healthy. They are ALL absorbed at whatever the lowest average level of any one of them is. This means if you max out on 2 or 3 of them but you have 1 of the 9 that is very low level in your meal, then you're only absorbing 2 and 3 at the same low level as 1.
Guess what has high levels of all 9? Meat.
Guess what you'd have to do as a vegetarian to have high levels of all 9 amino acids? You'd have to have a multi course meal and basically gorge yourself on multiple things per meal..... just to be as healthy as someone that ate a hamburger or a steak.
This is without even getting into the fact that your brain runs on cholesterol as does the rest of your nervous system.
Take the heart meds and die with dementia.
This is the "science" behind why vegetarians and vegans are mentally slow and physically weak.... not to mention volatile because their lack of protein probably doesn't do them any favors in terms of impulse control or emotional regulation.

This is why diets don't just "often" fail, but nearly always fail: your innate drive to quash hunger is greater than any amount of sustained "willpower."
And, the longer you push it with "willpower", the more weight you will gain on the rebound when your "willpower" finally breaks, because you've trained your body to think you're starving. It will pack on extra pounds as a protective measure, by making you crave good ol' tasty carbohydrate molecules (sugars).
Instead go for CARB deficit: eat FAT instead
Sure, there's a little willpower involved in making healthier choices to eat fat (and protein) instead of carbs. But healthy saturated animal fat is the ultimate APPETITE SUPPRESSANT. So, your willpower isn't fighting uphill against a million years of evolution of your survival mechanism called hunger.
That is why low-carb eating plans are sustainable. I'm in year eight right now and weigh exactly the same as I did in 2017. I never have to count calories or carbs any more; I automatically shun carbs now. And I'm not some great role model or anything; it's just what happens naturally when you're never hungry.
Honestly, I don’t know how people are even vegetarians. The only options are carbs and vegetables. I think it’s very difficult to get an adequate amount of protein on a vegetarian diet unless you’re very disciplined.
And your digestive system wasn't made to break down plants. It is made to break down meats.
Imagine the curly light brown colored soft serve and diarrhea that vegetarians must have all the time. Never able to push a man turd out like a boss because they lack proper nutrition.
Sugar is vegan, alcohol is vegan, fake processed soy/tofu garbage is vegan. Most Vegans just do it completely wrong. They go eat impossible whoppers and eat candy and shit.
You said it in the title. It wasn't ever a procedure for being healthy. It was always something that people used as their identity from what I saw in Austin, TX. None of them were healthy or quick thinkers.
"How do you know if someone is a vegan? Don't worry they will tell you."
I'll give her credit for the weight loss - more work to be done there for sure. Maybe the "normal food" diet will help her IQ as well - I man can dream.
Lizzo is a fat retard, she was vegan and would eat the most high caloric, greasy, fried foods imaginable...that were vegan, because no animal products used. I'm not defending veganism, but that's not what made her fat, she's a big backed glutton and would eat dog shit if it tasted and smelled good. There are vegans who eat whole foods and are skinny, and then there are vegans who eat junk food who are obese, there are a lot of junk foods that are technically vegan.
On a side note, veganism is not a great diet to do long term.
This is not to pat myself on the back, it is to state what is working. Plus being fall-on-my-knees grateful that I am unvaxxed. I eat meat and eggs and greek yogurt every day and vegetables once or twice a week. If I have bacon I am ecstatic but don't buy it often because I go berserk on it. I cannot live on Applewood smoked bacon alone, sad to say. I am only hungry when it's time to eat a first meal of the day. After that, not hungry, really. I use stevia. I eat cheese but very little. Butter and tallow used for cooking and I do fry the hell out of meat. Drink milk and drink water w pinch of salt in it. If I eat any sugar crap, I feel like shit for 3 days. Just not worth it, to act like a weak baby about food. I have responsibilities and eating wrong is devastating for my stamina. Plus having looser clothes really helps my morale. Ivermectin D3/k and C are my helpers. I am still learning how to support my body because stress has pushed me quite far. And I spent all my waking hours working hunched over, sitting, for the last 6 years, and I damaged myself mightily. In state of repair now I hope. Oh... I do want to tell everyone that I am in month 2 of using Moon Brew hot choc nightly and very impressed so far with how it is stablizing my sleep pattern, slowly. I am impressed with it and recommend it.
I stopped eating meat when I was a young woman, but I did eat eggs dairy and fish, so my reasoning was, back then, was a complete revulsion of the farming industry and how animals were treated. We are talking the 70's and 80;s, when they were pumping up antibiotics, hormones, etc. But my reason was cruelty in the food processing industry. I moved to a very rural area in the northeast in 1987, and since then, I enjoy beef, pork, chicken, duck, lamb, goat. I know my farmers, they are neighbors. So my reason, which I believe are many peoples reasons, was the cruelty factor. I do not kill my chickens for meals, because that is just me, but if we had to, I would. My goats are for land management, if not for them, there would be a forest developing right up to my back door, but, if I had to, I would dispatch them humanely, and eat their flesh. There used to be a sentiment among native Americans, and some religions, to recognize that all creatures come from God, and to treat them well and be grateful for their contribution to our existence. Once our connection to God is broken, cruelty and lack of consciousness begins, and extremes go to one thing to another. The extreme in this case is the radical veganism, embraced by the wealthy, who are also just fine with abortion. This is what happens when God leaves a persons consciousness, social insanity takes its place. Corporatism takes over our tradition of farming. Middle class people stand holding signs for abortion rights, but do not eat honey because bees are somehow exploited. There is a different way, but it has been rejected. I grew up in the 50s, in Queens NYC. there were farms on Long Island, the eggs and meat came from New Jersey farms and Connecticutt, they were privately owned, no share holders, some investors. We need to eat meat, it is how we are made, God never forbade it, but there were guidelines on how to do this without the animal suffering, and as far as I know, with the new covenant of Jesus in Christ, we were told that all food was good food, no longer restricted, as Christianity was spread to the world, God in his wisdom knew that the lands and people to whom the Gospel would be spread, would have different species, wild boars, reptiles, etc. God never meant that our food was to be eaten without gratitude for his creations, we were commanded to be stewards, and with that, cruelty is out of the question, Without God, extremes from one thing to another happen, because we are sailing without a rudder,

Plus vegan diets tend to be ultra processed.

I know very slow weak brain fogged vegans.
You are absolutely positively correct.
Perfectly stated
Can you put a NSFW on this?
I REALLY don’t want to look at this thing.
Yep, they do it all wrong.
Duh! Cutting sugar and upping my exercise worked for me. Who knew??!!
Makes one ponder what other hidden truths will be revealed..../sarc
Daily Reminder
"Calorie deficit" = HUNGER

Yep people are under consuming animal protein for various reasons:
I mean I eat in a calorie deficit often and most of the time I can barely finish my meals...
The opposite of feeling hungry, I'm stuffed!
Excellent, doc! Then you aren't calorie deficient; if you were, you'd be hungry.
It's not my edict or anything; it's just how the body was designed and created to function. It's genius.
It's called eating low calorie dense foods...
try eating 1cup of steel cut oats and 10 eggs whites and tell me how hungry you are after.
very low calorie, very high in macro nutrients...
use a little more critical thinking there doc...
If that super appetizing example was supposed to relate to critical thinking skills, we'll just move on anon ;)
Sorry you are just blatantly wrong. Sorry it triggers you.
Wrong about what? apparently doesn't matter
Triggered about what? apparently doesn't matter
Just keep telling yourself this counts as more of that famous "critical thinking" skill on display. Well done!
About what?
About the only thing we were talking about...
Get a grip man and take the L, you are just flailing your arms as you dig deeper
Cope harder.
She was fat because she ate too damn much.
Vegan/non-vegan = irrelevant.
Found the vegetarian.
because he's right?
Yep. I found him because he's right. Have a logical thinking.

1000%. Always good to eat grass fed meats and get your greens by eating the animals that can digest them properly
Press button, get bacon.
You know how to tell if a person is a vegan? Don’t worry they’ll tell you.
Sugar is vegan, alcohol is vegan, fake processed soy/tofu garbage is vegan. Most Vegans just do it completely wrong. They go eat impossible whoppers and eat candy and shit.
Any diet that requires you to take a supplement is not a a good diet.
Reality; Ozempic junkie that is attributing her weight-loss to what she senses is the way the wind is currently blowing.
If things were different and vegetarianism was the rising 'counter-culture' she would have attributed her weight loss to that instead...
You said it in the title. It wasn't ever a procedure for being healthy. It was always something that people used as their identity from what I saw in Austin, TX. None of them were healthy or quick thinkers.

And here’s Joy Villa going from vegan to carnivore.

Yes. This needs a NSFW flair /s
I eat lots of sugar and carbs. low fat low protein. very thin.

Those big girls need a "larger scale".
