So it took me a little while to wrap my brain around this undoubtedly fake story. Once I stopped being pissed off about yet another cover-up I was able to think calmly and logically. I think I got it.
The House doesn't come back until today July 7th, and there were rumors they might take another week off. The Senate is supposed to be back on the 8th.
What if the evidence is really chock-full of compromise material about CONgress? As in the kompromat that is rumored to be collected on nearly everyone... Perhaps some CONgress critters caught wind of the evidence about to be shared and the FBI was afraid all of CONgress would disappear so they wouldn't be jailed. I would have to change my way of typing CONgress to GONEgress. They would likely also notify others they knew were on the list.
Maybe the FBI decided to release false information to make sure CONgress came back and could be easily arrested. Then once they all go into session the feds move in and conduct mass arrests. The whole thing about CONgress not being able to be arrested while in session is BS - except for civil cases. The Constitution says they can only be arrested for "treason, felony, and breach of the peace"...

I think this is disinformation to ensure CONgress is back and in session so they can be easily arrested. It's a CON on CONgress. If it is, we will know either this week or next week (if they take another week off as "comp time" for working the holiday weekend to pass the BBB).

The memo itself seems fake as, in as much as it has NO real evidence of being real (a copy/pasted FBI/DOJ logo is not evidence of 'real').
I wondered if this is a DS move to put pressure on Patel and Bondi, and try to disrupt their actual work.
But I concede that good guys could just as easily mobilize a few known moles to release this, or get this into the hands of a DS journalist in order to execute their plan.

My theory is Trump made a deal with these psychopaths. Contrary to the "No Deals" which is always just a negotiating tactic. The deal hopefully pays off for America in the end, but we don't be getting the feel good arrest we were all hoping to see. and I'll bet anybody this is the case, because Trump has always been about making deals. He doesn't want to hurt America, and having 95% of our congress arrested for being corrupt pedophiles would hurt America.

I think most of the real bad actors in congress have already been arrested a long time ago. I think one of the things that WH's took advantage of from COVID was the masks. Many faces were hidden for so long that when the new actors came back they didn't have to look exactly the same to pull it off

It's a neat thought but realisitcally we have FBI field offices basically everywhere. US Marshalls, everywhere. If need be these resources could be tapped in their respective areas to nab whoever. This seems a bit of a stretch. I guess the yay/nay on this theory for me will be if the FBI every addresses this in an official capacity or if it is just left as an article by a news outlet. I don't think the FBI can say "there's nothing, look at this video we have" and then later say "Look at all this! Arrest 100+ people!"
