My feeling is that he was placed inside the Capitol purely for photographic reasons. The image of him in fancy dress would be everywhere and suitably iconic.

I NEVER thought this man was pro-Trump. Here's why:
Me and a friend went to D.C. for 6-Jan-2021 and saw this guy in person at the Save-America Rally.
My buddy saw what he thought were PEDOPHILIA tattoos on his chest. He had turned away by the time I looked, but those triangles shown in this picture MIGHT be what he saw. Not sure.
About 0.5% of the people people mostly dressed in black had OUTRAGEOUS attire, and later turned out to be ANTIFA cross-dressed as Trump Supporters in order to attract MEDIA ATTENTION and make MAGA look bad.
The fact that the legacy media IMMEDIATELY labeled him "Q-Anon Shaman" pretty much confirmed my suspicions—that he was PLACED there to misrepresent MAGA. I don't think anybody there actually thought he was MAGA.
Another reason I don't like him: His attire suggests he has some kind of mental disorder OR ELSE he was hired and placed there by CNN or other criminal media entity. Further, he had no shirt on and it was 33° F and 98% humidity all morning. And this guy was there for at least 4 hours of it. There is no way he could have done that without going into hypothermia without some kind of drug in his system making his metabolism go into overdrive.
The real MAGA people there were dressed in bright colors and heavy winter garb, carrying large flags, 99% family-values type of people, and NOT trying to attract attention to themselves. The fact that he was is a BIG red flag from my perspective. Methinks he was ANTIFA, or under-cover FBI, or hired and sent in by CNN or CBS or other legacy media that has a long history of telling harmful lies and misrepresenting their fiction as fact.
The fact that he was "supposedly" in prison surprised me, and it makes me wonder if even THAT was a ruse!
