Please let it be so!!! I am self employed and low income but worry about taxes subconsciously all the time. If I could cross this off my worry list, my life would improve a lot!

I ran a business for 36 years in the oil exploration market and although the market went up and down over the years, it took a plandemic to cause me to close up shop. I really never planned on retiring because I loved what I did but when Covid hit, it made the decision for me! I kinda like retirement better! Kek
So no more child tax credit or earned income credit....Love that. Im so tired of watching people keep just a part time job so the income stays low enough to get that $10,000 check every spring. Meanwhile Im going broke working all the time and paying max tax.
