He can be seen walking towards the campus, and then later back in the same general direction.
Notice he is limping on his way.. indicating maybe he’s walking with a long-rifle.
This could be critical and it develops a timeline for law enforcement based on that location..
Rewatch the video on .25 speed, start watching at around :16 seconds in. As he walks to the edge of the roof, he first lays down something close to the edge/corner of roof/gutter, then he lays down something that is kinda long, looks like a jacket or towel on the other side of him near the edge/gutter of roof... that in my opinion is the gun wrapped in the towel the authorities says they found the gun in.
Now at about the :24 second mark he goes over the side of building and grabs that second item(s) and takes it with him (don't know what the first thing he laid down was but didn't seem to take it with him, unless he moved it closer to the other item and took them together). You can actually see a long "something" as he lifts it over the edge of the roof before jumping down. What else would he have that stuck out that far beside a rifle? Then after he jumps down, you can see he is fumbling with that "something" as he is running away.
That landing was not correct, he pretty much folded and kinda wobbled as he got up. Probably hurt either his ankles, knees, or back/spine. Adrenaline got him through the pain and he probably felt it after it wore off. Most likely isn’t a trained assassin. They should have alerts at medical facilities or hospitals.

The person had to pre-plan where the event was taking place in order to line up a shot. How to get onto the building... How to get off the building... Hit the shot and escape. The amount of planning involved to pull this off isn't some amateur... This is someone who has been trained. Clearly a professional.
