Gradually, the parts are being moved into place. Way back when so-called "carbon taxes" were first mooted the plan was clear.
The Globalists first installed global organisations like the UN, IMF and WHO. These are not currently reliably funded by which I mean that countries and in some cases foundations pay for them. What they want is for the funding problem to be solved.
Ideally, a Global tax would be applied but they have no authority to do that. So, create a global problem which will need a Global solution. Hence the Climate Hoax. The problem will go away if we pay "carbon taxes".
This current scam is the first step. They have found something to tax: shipping. The scheme will be run by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) which is part of the UN. Plan is standard: start off small but allow it to be ramped up over time as it becomes more acceptable. The UN will need to extract a small charge to pay for its admin overheads.
People's individual "carbon taxes" will be calculated from their fuel and food purchases and it will all be linked by their Digital ID. Charge everyone in the world $1 per year and soon you are talking real money!
Over time, that overhead will be the largest single figure and it will pay for the Globalist organisations in perpetuity. "Carbon taxes" will be increased in all kinds of areas "to save the planet" and their revenue will grow. Global Tax duly installed. Unelected Globalist organisations now financed in perpetuity.
Define "small charge"
"Small charge" initially, will mean just enough to run an office big enough to monitor the "carbon emissions" from the relevant ships. Eventually, small charge will be big enough to pay for the UN, IMF, WHO and who knows what other Globalist organisations. A cool $10 billion a year would not be out of the way.
The amount will grow as more and more sources of "carbon taxes" are added.
A small price to pay for a Globalist, unelected, government.
Trump stopped short and should have declared the UN. a 'One World communist Gov.' and enemy of The People. Everything the UN. or WHO says or does is in direct conflict with the US. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
