Take a deposition, charge Newsome with 2nd degree murder the next time an illegal trucker with a CA CDL is involved in an accident resulting in death. Either Bondi is being told to stand down or she's corrupt. At some point all of these illegal actions, including the new ICE app, would have resulted in the DOJ making arrests and indictments. The fact that nothing is being done other than PERHAPS some behind the scenes investigations, tells me something else is in play here. Maybe it's just to bring us to the "precipice" or something along those lines. Either way, this is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated.
I don't think it is. States don't have to enforce federal laws. For example, weed is still illegal on a federal level, but many states have chosen to remove the laws from their books and make it legal. We really need to be careful here. Giving the federal government more power is how we got into this mess. We need to be on the side of respecting state's rights so that we can get back to running this country the way it was designed to be. The Deep State is entrenched in the federal apparatus. Giving them more power just plays right into their hands, it is a very devious plan.
