Yes, Communist Control Act of 1954- here you go. https://www.congress.gov/83/statute/STATUTE-68/STATUTE-68-Pg775.pdf
I thought it was illegal ( if my memory was correct) Thanks for the info!

They simply change the name from the Communist Party to the Democrat Socialist Party.
Yup, been telling people this. Looked it up back in 2020, the connection between the defunct Communist party and the rise of the Democrat Socialist Party. They just dropped the Communist tag and pasted on a Democrat one so they can get things done since, most Americans dont even blink with Republican or Democrat tags.
Shouldn't need them. I hate that ppl are stupid enough and brainwashed enough to actually elect one.
That's the genius of their play -they conditioned from the bottom up. It's the longer play that takes patience - but it's much more effective.
Yea, I'm aware.... insert sad face emoji
"Trust the plan" for them has been going on for 100+ years. Patient demons.
Of Course! When applying for the military, one had to specifically disavow belonging to the Communist Party, and any number of other subversive organizations! And to get a security clearance, the FBI would interview your childhood neighbors along with employers, etc. Heaven forbid you had any communist tendencies! (Interviews, before the Internet).
We were vetted!
I believe communism is directly contradicting the constitution.
It's time to stop the national suicide.
As far as I know there is a Communist Party of America, and they run candidates. It is a legitimate and legal party in the United States. It is legal to join them, and they are protected b While the Communist Control Act of 1954 declared that the party should be outlawed and denied it many legal rights, most provisions of this act were never fully enforced or were later deemed unconstitutional through various court decisions.
In summary, the CPUSA is a legally recognized political entity operating within the bounds of U.S. law, even though it is a very minor party in terms of membership and electoral influence. y the first amendment regarding freedom of speech and congregation. "
Good response. I fear that the only way we will ever rid ourselves of this cancer is through extremely prejudice. Interpret that however you will.
We did have one making it illegal but, they let it expired a long time ago now.
Yes, we do. But that's nothing but "McCarthyist right-wing hysteria," so we all just ignore that.
--The entire MSM, 24/7
“Yes, we do, but we are part of it, and it’s been unpopular so we deny that it even exists and decry claims of such as right wing hysteria, so that we don’t get outed and have to be open about what we want to do to you.”
— The entire MSM, 24/7
There was an anti Muslim in govt law until 1990 when Biden, Pelosi, McCain etc while in Congress "quietly" got rid of it. We need it back also.
The Constitution is the law. We do not need any other.
“What can be more reasonable than that when crowds of them [immigrants] come here, they should be forced to renounce everything contrary to the spirit of the Constitution[?]” ~ James Madison (1751-1836), Father of the Constitution for the USA, 4th US President James Madison, House of Representatives, Naturalization Bills (January 1, 1795); Philip B. Kurland and Ralph Lerner, eds., The Founders’ Constitution, Volume Two: Preamble through Article I, Section 8, Clause 4 (Indianapolis: Liberty Fund, 2000), 577.
“It is an accepted maxim of international law that every sovereign nation has the power, as inherent in sovereignty, and essential to self-preservation, to forbid the entrance of foreigners within its dominions ...” ~ Justice Horace Gray (1828-1902) Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Justice Gray in the majority opinion for Nishimura Ekiu v. United States, (1892)
“To admit foreigners indiscriminately to the rights of citizens the moment they put foot in our country would be nothing less than to admit the Grecian horse into the citadel of our liberty and sovereignty.” ~ Alexander Hamilton (1757-1804) American statesman, Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton, The Examination, No. 9 (January 18, 1802).
“[T]here is a wide difference between closing the door altogether and throwing it entirely open; between a postponement of fourteen years and an immediate admission to all the rights of citizenship. Some reasonable term ought to be allowed to enable aliens to get rid of foreign and acquire American attachments; to learn the principles and imbibe the spirit of our government; and to admit of at least a probability of their feeling a real interest in our affairs.” ~ Alexander Hamilton (1757-1804) American statesman, Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton, The Examination, No. 8 (January 1802).
“[N]othing can be more opposed [to American principles] than the maxims of absolute monarchies. Yet, from such, we are to expect the greater number of emigrants. They will bring with them the principles of the governments they leave, imbibed in their early youth; or, if able to throw them off, it will be in exchange for an unbounded licentiousness, passing, as is usual, from one extreme to another. It would be a miracle were they to stop precisely at the point of temperate liberty. These principles, with their language, they will transmit to their children. In proportion to their numbers, they will share with us the legislation. They will infuse into it their spirit, warp and bias its direction, and render it a heterogenous, incoherent, distracted mass.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President Thomas Jefferson, Notes on the State of Virginia, Query 8 (1783)
“The President is the sole organ of the nation in its external relations, and its sole representative with foreign nations. Of consequence, the demand of a foreign nation can only be made on him.” ~ Justice John Marshall (1755-1835) US Supreme Court Chief Justice, Congressman (VA) speech by Representative of Virginia John Marshall in the House of Representatives on March 7, 1800, during debate over President John Adams’s extradition of Thomas Nash (also known as Jonathan Robbins) Ref: Annals of Congress, 6th Congress, 1st Session, pp. 613–614 (March 7, 1800).
We should add Muslims to that list
Isn’t that long since Muslims were not allowed to hold office. That needs to be reinstated.
Remember the US Marines on the barbary coast
It's where the term "Leatherneck" comes from. The Marines put straps of leather on back of their necks so the mooslems would not behead them.
First enemy of the new USA navy and shipping. Until the colonies beat the British they were protected by the British navy.
The Navy/Marines took the fight to the shores of Tripoli…and today we have them in their strongholds NYC, Dearborn, Minneapolis…and many other places.
Deep in the heart of Texas, with their numbers growing by the day.
The fact is that you are not fit for office or not able to hold office if you do not support the Constitution. it really is that simple. The Constitution is the foundation of our government, it is the supreme law of the land. Communism, Sharia, etc are all 100% against the Constitution, as well as completely incompatible with the principle upon which our Republic was founded.
This should be obvious to anyone who understands the source of government, and the limited powers delegated to it.
Yes and these: and punishment under these Codes allowed removal of your citizenship and deportations, besides imprisonments. These also blocked socialists/communists from holding ANY Fed, State, or local elected/official office.

Wouldn't that be unconstitutional? Can we also ban capitalists?
The Commies took over the schools, universities, media, and movies so the people are ignorant of the history of Communism and of Islam.
I think so. They also had laws preventing Catholics from holding office as Catholics have allegiences to a foreign monarch who thinks he has supreme dominion over the entire earth in place of Lord Jesus.
Communism is an enemy of the Constitution. it is that simple. If you hold allegiance to communism, you cannot run for office since it is a fundamental requirement to have an allegiance to the constitution in order to hold office.
If you can only read one book about Communism, read The Naked Communist by W Cleon Skousen.
“A constitution defines and limits the powers of the government it creates. It therefore follows, as a natural and also a logical result, that the governmental exercise of any power not authorized by the constitution is an assumed power, and therefore illegal.” ~ Thomas Paine (1737-1809) US Founding father, pamphleteer, author
“This Constitution... shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby” ~ U.S. Constitution Article VI
“That the sole object and only legitimate end of government is to protect the citizen in the enjoyment of life, liberty, and property, and when the government assumes other functions it is usurpation and oppression.” ~ Alabama, Declaration of Rights Article I Section 35
“It is my belief that there are “absolutes” in our Bill of Rights, and that they were put there on purpose by men who knew what the words meant and meant their prohibitions to be "absolutes.” ~ Justice Hugo L. Black (1886-1971) US Supreme Court Justice 1962
“Compelling a man by law to pay his money to elect candidates or advocate law or doctrines he is against differs only in degree, if at all, from compelling him by law to speak for a candidate, a party, or a cause he is against. The very reason for the First Amendment is to make the people of this country free to think, speak, write and worship as they wish, not as the Government commands.” ~ Justice Hugo L. Black (1886-1971) US Supreme Court Justice IAM v. Street, 367 U.S., 1961
“They: The makers of the Constitution: conferred, as against the government, the right to be let alone -- the most comprehensive of rights and the right most valued by civilized men.” ~ Justice Louis D. Brandeis (1856-1941) US Supreme Court Justice 1928
“We must now face the harsh truth that the objectives of communism are being steadily advanced because many of us do not recognize the means used to advance them. ... The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a Conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst.” ~ J. Edgar Hoover (1895-1972) first Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Elks Magazine (August 1956)
“We cannot expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism.” ~ Nikita Khrushchev (1894-1971) Premier of the Soviet Union Attributed to Nikita Khrushchev. Entered into Congressional Record, July 26, 1961, p. 12622 by Sen. J. Strom Thurmond, in which Ezra Taft Benson summarized his encounter with Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev in September 1959.
And Trump has been calling Mamdani as a communist not a socialist 🤔

I just searched internet asking if Mamdani is a communist or a socialist, and this is what it said...
From Grok:
is the Communist Control Act of 1954 still in effect?
Yes, the Communist Control Act of 1954 is still in effect as federal law. It was enacted on August 24, 1954 (68 Stat. 775), and codified at 50 U.S.C. §§ 841–844. Congress has never repealed it, and the full text remains in the current United States Code.Official U.S. Code confirmation: § 841 (“Findings and declarations of fact”) and § 842 (“Proscription of Communist Party”) are published as active law by the Office of the Law Revision Counsel (House.gov) and the Legal Information Institute (Cornell).

What the Act does (key provisions still on the books):Declares the Communist Party “an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government” (§ 841). Strips the CPUSA and its successors of “all rights, privileges, and immunities” of legal bodies (§ 842). Originally tied CPUSA members to the penalties of the 1950 Internal Security Act, but those cross-references were repealed in 1993 (Pub. L. 103–199).
Why you never hear about prosecutions The Supreme Court has never ruled on the Act’s core outlawing provisions. Lower courts have blocked enforcement: 1961: Communist Party v. Catherwood — CPUSA can participate in state unemployment funds.

1973: Blawis v. Bolin (D. Ariz.) — Act is an unconstitutional bill of attainder, violates First Amendment speech/association, due process, and equal protection; barred Arizona from keeping CPUSA off the ballot.

Post-1960s First-Amendment cases (e.g., Brandenburg v. Ohio, 1969) make criminalizing mere membership or belief impossible unless there is imminent lawless action.
Bottom line The Act is still law—you can read it in the U.S. Code today—but it is constitutionally unenforceable and has produced zero federal prosecutions in over 50 years. The Communist Party USA still exists, runs candidates, and even maintains a website. Congress could repeal the dormant text tomorrow, but no one has bothered.
