No. I expect a judge to have a clear & complete understanding of the Constitution, common sense and to be able to answer the question what a woman is.
I don't think so. The only thing he did was nominate. The senate did the approval. You can't undo the approval. That's probably another layer. But pardons and executive orders, yes for sure.
POTUS has to sign a nomination document that is then passed to the Senate for them to schedule the hearing(s) and votes. If that doc was autopenned then POTUS didn't sign it and the appointment process never happened.
Incidentally - the same goes for all of the other judicial nominations Biden did.
I've been saying this since I posted on here (months before the Oversight Project) about how those docs were not signed by Biden. I even duplicated the signature and compared it to the others - and it lined up each time. Since then I've tweeted anyone relevant to the case to remind them to check the judicial nominations (including KBJ). They don't care - I've had zero responses (on X) from the 1st time I posted about the fraud to now.
Do you think if he signed the approval via auto-pen makes the official appointment invalid, or not? I think that is what the article might be saying-I understand your statement about the Senate approval, but...
If sleepy Joe didn't officially nominate her then with his own signature, then she was not a Presidential nomination. The President nominates someone for the SCOTUS and the Senate confirms or denies the nomination. How the the Senate confirm someone who was never officially nominated?
It sounds like a replacement would be appropriate. I am not certain about all the legal actions, and Trump gets sued a lot by the Dems/Commies, more than anyone ever before.
I understand your thinking, but before the approval someone has to sign off on the nominee, and if that signature was deemed illagitament, how could they vote approval on someone who wasnt actually nominated legitimately? Idk if there are other prevention for this, but its a possibility. And who know, there is a first time for everything? Wouldn't it be nice

So presumably, KBJ would have to recuse herself, leaving the other 8 justices to decide.
But before it would get there, it would have to go through multiple levels of Federal courts, and also presumably, any Biden autopen appointees along the way would have to recuse themselves (if they aren't already removed from the bench).

If a staffer used the autopen to “sign” Biden’s name without his authorization on the commission for Article III judges, the argument can (and should) be made that their rulings are not enforceable.
He’s 100% right! This will go to litigation and President Trump will win. You can’t auto pen 92% of your EOs and expect them to stand and a supreme court nomination is one of the most influential appointments a President can make so fit will be one of the first to be reversed.
Just think of all the other federal judges nominated by the autopen. They also have to go.
Now go back in time and look at Obama and how Nancy Pelosi fraudulantly changed the paperwork to reflect Obama was eligible to be on the state ballots to run for DemocRAT nomination. A whole other level of fraud that eventually stuffed the federal courts with political hacks.
