The Democrat caucus can lock votes. (In parliamentarian speak called "binding its members") If a member refuses to go along, he/she can lose committee assignments and anything else the caucus has a say in. Republican caucus can't do that. Not in their rules.
Because they are being paid to, or blackmailed to do so, that is why they stick together. Many were placed in office by the DEEP STATE, not voted in.

If a large group ever started successfully shorting the insurance companies, a few of their buddies working someplace like Vanguard will use your own 401k to prop the stock back up and leave you poor for trying. It’s all a rigged game and a lot of executives and board members and investment bankers deserve to be investigated using tools that violate privacy laws that are normally reserved for terrorists.
The 1200 dollars a month I have to pay starting next month, for my wife, is hard to swallow. All our insurances have doubled in the last 5 years. It makes me sick to watch these millionaire representatives shit on the people of this country.
This whole thing is stupid. Take money from taxpayers then give it back? How about just a tax cut? Then we don’t have a giant beaurocratic corrupt middleman that steals and mismanages the money.

The Rinos need to be honest with the people who voted for them. They are Democrats and should tell their state citizens who they are. Otherwise they're defrauding the electorate. I hope they choose Obamacare for themselves and not the Cadillac plan they have in the Senate. 2026 is a watershed year. We need at least 80 Republicans in the Senate. Then when the RINOS vote it won't destroy the real majority.
