From Juan Three things…
One: President Trump is about to reassert a federal authority concerning pardons that existed prior to Lincoln. Just like ‘a previous court’ was wrong about Roe vs. Wade, the states have been wrong for 150 years on presidential pardon authority. That is about to be challenged hard, and Trump will easily win just like he did when Colorado courts unanimously worked to remove him from the ballot, and the Supreme Court unanimously trounced the Colorado courts and put Trump on the ballot.
Two: The Clerk manages, collects, tabulates, reports, and protects election data for the US House of Representatives under federal authority. This has been forgotten and overwritten over time; it is about to be revisited.
Three: Trump is going to declare a national emergency concerning elections. When he does, he will also exercise authority over every aspect of the election process, and no court will have authority to challenge his actions. At that moment, he can/will take physical custody of Tina as an expert and can even make her an election czar when her health is stabilized!
For extra credit, Tina can assist and will be a witness/whistleblower concerning prison conditions and failures in the Colorado prison system…that is now an active federal investigation.
Finally, remember, the Justice Department’s investigations concerning vote fraud in Colorado became criminal investigations 6 months ago!
That’s not an earthquake; it may have started as chest-pounding by the Gov and other state officials, but now it’s knees knocking in the Capitol of Colorado!
I love GAW because the members here always have articles that educate me. Thanks to every contributor for making us the smartest group on the interwebs.
I love it when he puts the persecuted in charge of the persecutors.
Thanks for sharing! Two comments:
I seem to recall some animated discussion about him before he faded into the hedge like Homer Simpson...
Tina. I watch his interviews every three days or so. He’s been focused on getting Tina out for a minute and election fraud as well as Trump being remembered as the president who restored legitimate elections.
I think the population numbers are exaggerated specifically for vote fraud. I think we will learn that and so much more when the fraud is revealed.
I have zero doubt Tina will be free soon. I want to see how he honors her…. I totally believe he will do something
I had some schooling out in California eons ago. Now days i won’t even go visit.
I tend to shy away from cities… so my guess is not based on personal experience. You could be 100% correct!

Man I just hope they get her out of there soon.
great post, Mr. Juan either saying what is coming, or putting out these ideas to mess with the Bad guys’ twisted minds.
this is an interesting assertion, alluding to Att. Ticktin’s Just like ‘a previous court’ was wrong about Roe vs. Wade, the states have been wrong for 150 years on presidential pardon authority. That is about to be challenged hard, and Trump will easily win.
Mr. Juan is picking up on Ticktin’s idea that the Pardon Power for offenses against the United States meant against “Them” (each one of the united States) not “It” (the federal government).

1)”Originalist” (original intent) Federalism issue, Alexander Hamilton was a strong Federalist, and is the Founder who proposed this “Pardon Power,” we cannot assume that pre-Civil War we know for sure what was meant. It never was recorded in Convention records whether this power was for offenses against the United States meaning the several States, or the new government union being created.
even the anti-federalists did not raise the issue that the president could pardon persons convicted of violating state laws. That silence there is kind of huge because they opposed the new constitution because they believed it granted too much power to the new proposed federal government.
Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
“ powers not delegated to the United States…nor prohibited to it by the States, are reserved to the States. Wouldn’t the power to pardon persons convicted for violating state laws be a power reserved to the States?”
Great question. But it begs this: if the President was granted pardon power by the tenth amendment, then does that not answer your question? If he was granted the power to pardon—the question then becomes, where can we find an authoritative position on what “offenses against the United States” means? Do we have anything that states clearly that “offenses against the United States” is limited only to the breaking of Federal laws?
Look at it like this: if the President has the power to pardon (except in the case of impeachments), but states can create laws and find offenders say…within his administration, but said laws are NOT federal laws, would a state not then have the power to hold his entire administration hostage through said laws, if in fact, the President has no power to pardon them on the basis of being state-level infractions?
It’s one thing to say that powers not given to the Federal Government remain vested in the states, but I think precedent is clear that no state law or constitution can conflict with the federal to the point of hamstringing the federal. If POTUS has pardon power, it only stands to reason that for that power to mean anything, and so his own administration cannot be held hostage by rogue lawmakers within individual states, that aside from the clearly stated case of impeachments, such power MUST be absolute for it to mean anything at all.
I like this a lot, and possibly Sup. Ct. Justices would use your argument and agree:
precedent is clear that no state law or constitution can conflict with the federal to the point of hamstringing the federal. If POTUS has pardon power, it only stands to reason that for that power to mean anything, and so his own administration cannot be held hostage by rogue lawmakers within individual states, that aside from the clearly stated case of impeachments, such power MUST be absolute for it to mean anything at all.
my. writing outline might have been a little unclear, 10th Am. = a statement of limitations that conservatives in recent decades like for limiting the powers of th3 federal government. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 is where the power of Pardons is created.
Overall, I like your reasoning, and would like to see it win at the Supreme Court level. Former JusticeScalia would have been my favorite to have decided this issue, but Thomas & Alito would be great reading too.
He (Juan) also posted this himself on X, FYI.
Ty, I am not on X but finally found it directly. Here’s the X link:

Putting this info in "MULTIPLE PLACES" causes the Colorado Morons to REALLY START taking stock as too what their lives will be after TINA is released INTO FEDERAL CUSTODY...this is where we see the sheen on the faces and the head-dropping and morose attitude...and THEIR LIVES ARE GOING TOBE PURE HELL WHEN THEY REACH PRISON!!!!!!
Taking Bet these A$$HOLES don't live past their 5 year mark...they are going away for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!!
He has an x account?! I watch his interviews all the time and never knew that. Do you have a link?
OP posted it above your query, but here it is: https://x.com/juanosavin107/
Thank you!
This dude said the mass arrests and full takedown was coming by Sleepys inauguration. He knows nothing. He even bet a friend and lost on it he was so sure.
Shhhh. You didn’t follow the crumbs in Fall of the Cabal part 10, didn’t learn about misinformation, and didn’t learn about “Game Theory”. Go back and study carefully before typing here to show us you don’t know anything about him. I’m only defending him since I know the truth of who he works for. 😉
Thank you kindly.
Sounds good to me...
Damned surprised Juan got all that out in a brief, coherent list.
Not sure I like the idea of telegraphing moves...
Staying tuned....

He's probably selling another book.
Chucked on the side of the road or something?
LoL couldn't resist...
These boots were made for griftin'
This would have been 1000x better if Juan
It serves no purpose for people to build a name for themselves in a community of anons, presenting themselves as "in the know", especially when you're often wrong like Juan is.
So which is it, can or will? If he doesn't know, then he doesn't know. If he doesn't know, why pretend he does?
What's my point? Corsi, Posobeic, all Jones associates, Watkins, NeonRevolt, SerialBrain2, etc. People who care about propping up their name as an influencer in a community of anons haven't got a very good track record as a group.
100% on everything except “czar”. No “czars”!
(Czar = Caesar)
Wow Juan o savin, what a throw back. Forgot about this guy
I am surprised that they haven't killed her yet.
