to be clear, I don't think there is going to be any widespread nuclear exchange. But I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that "a few" nuclear weapons, that leave almost no long-term nuclear fallout, could be used to target bad guys in bunkers/castles. I'll just my opinion.
