Yeah, I don't think anyone under the age of 40 should be able to vote. Or at least, their votes don't count for as much. Half of a regular vote. People often start out being more liberal, and end up more conservative, so we shouldn't let them have a say until they become more conservative. I don't think this will change in the US, but the least we can do is not encourage young people to vote.
