17 seconds, Kek? This looks like ONE PART of a bigger operation that did not materialize for some reason. It looks to me like the "distraction event" that was supposed to pull these security guys away from their posts DID NOT HAPPEN. He was making a run expecting to get by 3 or 4 people instead of the 8 or 9 that were there. He was moving fast enough to get to the "target area" and do serious damage.
There were other people involved in this that were either neutralized ahead of time or failed to pull off their part of it. Definitely NOT a "lone gunman". Looks like rogue CIA operation gone bad to me. He knew the building layout, clearly, and had studied it.
I was told that the effect of ^^this effectively reduces Trumps potential impeachment after the midterms by a significant degree. Hate to say it but friendly fire in that scenario is not an issue. Stopping the threat at all cost is their training. Even if it accidentally kills another agent.

Those security guys did look a little too relaxed up to the point of the guy sprinting past! Hopefully this is a wakeup call for all those who are SUPPOSED to be on high alert at all times, no matter how calm it seems.

Ss guys were busy planning out their fantasy football teams instead of guarding the entrance. And where is the choke point? Why do I, an average citizen, see a problem with this wide open hall way, but they don't? This would never happen at a courthouse or other government building because the entrance is always a choke point and not a wide ass hallway that a lunatic can sprint past.

Get a better streaming package. I watched it from before they started. It was surreal with all the tuxedos/gowns, and the reporters were just onsite at an attempted shooting/assassination.
Can we get the actual footage from the camera system? And I want to see the footage from the angle looking toward the door he entered. If there is a camera with this angle, there is a camera looking at the door. I want to know if someone let him in.
