Many of the things that are good for your health are falsely labeled as bad. Conversely, many things that are bad for your health are promoted as being good. Statins are just one of those bad things that the medical profession tells us is good.
None of this is an accident. It is all quite deliberate. Until people understand this, they will continue to be victims of the lies. Everyone must learn to protect themselves from all the lies. Nobody else is able to do that for you.
They told us not to eat animal cooking fats and instead conned us into eating engine lubricants, and deadly seed oils, instead of what humans evolved to eat.
These people are evil and want us sick and near the point of death, so they can prescribe expensive parented petroleum based drugs.
All a small group who think they are gods chosen people...
I have lost 3 aunts to statin driven mental decline. 2 have passed. The one sister still remaining is rapidly becoming cognitively impaired. Of 4 sisters, my mother remains mentally and physically intact. She is 92 and has never taken statins. I warned her almost 40 years ago about those statins her doctors are constantly trying to push on her. My mom is one tough cookie and stands her ground. She also has 6 brothers. 5 are now gone. The remaining brother also does not take statins and is healthy in his late eighties. 2 of them had severe mental decline and 2 had strokes while on statins. 1 was lost to cancer.
Low LDL levels in seniors is NOT healthy nor does it prevent cardiac and cerebral events - especially in women. Statins in women actually increases stroke risk. I just lost one of my aunts a few months ago due to stroke while taking a statin. Lower cholesterol in seniors also accelerates aging - not just cognitively, but also physically with muscle degredation.
Thank you. It is sad because they were all warned. But what do we know? So yes, I saw the results in my own family. My mother at her age is as sharp as ever. So is her one remaining brother. The contrast is striking. The only thing distinguishing those two from the others is the statins.
My father in-law died of dementia during cvd (was not sick) and my husband couldn’t travel to PR to be there for his funeral for cvd related reasons…restrictions.
Thanks for posting this. I shared the link with family members who are taking statins. Hopefully they'll consider stopping. I'll never take them, that's for sure.
All true. One of the worst drugs ever marketed. To think they continue the push to put it in the water supply along with the other poison, fluoride. Mass poisoning.
I went full carnivore. Lost a few pounds (17) and my muscle came back! Dr. Freaked from LDL of 455. HDL 140 Tri 39. Did a CAC test. No Plaque! Apparently, lean people on keto diets have high cholesterol for fat transport because the body uses fat for fuel.
If you want a natural statin, take all natural Red Rice Yeast (you will not get the muscle pains going all natural)….
However if you want to reduce atherosclerosis / plaque, take Nattokinase, 10,000 FU’s (yes not a joke) helped reduce plaque on average between 60 - 90%.
Pub Med study:
I am all for natural alternatives. But Red Rice Yeast is not one of them. It is no different from taking the medication. It has the same pharmacological action in the body. The natto advice however is good.
BEWARE! Nattokinase has the opposite effect on some people (obviously not all). Made my blood thick as gel. I was getting weaker and weaker, until I almost couldn't climb a few stairs and it took me at least 5 minutes of being on my hands and knees and grasping at counters, etc. to get up off a low stool. Discovered how thick my blood had gotten after a nick from a manicure that normally would have bled for quite some time quit bleeding after less than a second of mild pressure. Started regaining my strength the day I quit it. After weeks of wondering what was wrong and how soon I was going to die.
The only warning I had about it was a doctor who was talking about the possible benefits of natto, but did mention a n=1 case study of a patient who wanted to try the natural route, natto, instead of warfarin after a stent placement. But his stent got covered in plaque shortly after, and I don't think he made it through the replacement operation.
Doesn't work on my phone. I also can't get to the side menus except by accident. And I use one fat finger which can be problematic. But thank you. You're kind to notice and try to help.
Lack of vitamin c, causing cholesterol in the body to harden to block injuries caused by cracks in the artery walls.
Its like a low level persistent scurvy. Literally!
Scurvy is the body not having enough vitamin c to fix the connective tissues in the body. We evolved to use cholesterol instead. Its not due to excess cholesterol, but lack of vitamin c!
We used to make our own vitamin c and eventually evolved away, but most animals still do and they dont often suffer the same kind of heart issues at the same rate. The daily recommended dose of vitamin c is likely 10-100 or more times too small! (Not sure on the numbers, but we definitely need more!)
Look up posts from John titor here on GAW about how it can be resolved, stemming from research done by Dr Linus paulin! Using vitamin c to fix the arteries and another common cheap supplement to break down the clogs.
There are also research papers describing everything I say here with evidence backing it up that Dr's act like doesn't exist.
Think about what a big business heart issues are and what would happen if we used vitamin c in high doses all our lives to prevent atherosclerosis
Please, read this. It is the summary of the cause and cure for heart disease as discovered by one of the greatest scientists of the last century. Winner of multiple Nobel prizes, and the author of many college level science textbooks. Not just some quackery
so is it the case that if someone eats the highly processed junk food, which cuts your artery walls, then cholesterol goes in and plaques over the cuts to heal them, but you keep eating the carbs and poison and keeps cutting and cutting your artery walls so the plaque keeps building up then you have a blockage.
so in the case of someone who keeps eating the junk, reducing cholesterol might prolong their sick life?
I think one of the problems is that biology is extremely complex and we only know so much of how it works
so this is where people can come in and lie, if they can create some kind of cause-and-effect argument that seems to be right (but is ignoring something more of the complexity of the issue)
they seem to be arguing something like high cholesterol correlates with disease, ergo use the statin drug to get the cholesterol down - ignoring that maybe there is something else that could naturally get the cholesterol down or that there's something else causing the disease (while cholesterol might go up naturally in reaction to the disease?).
(I don't know enough on this specific issue, just that I've seen natural high cholesterol can be ok and statin drugs are not necessary.)
this is why I find anecdotes to be useful because we simply don't have 100% knowledge of how our bodies work but we can sometimes know "so-and-so ate these specific foods and did this specific exercise and lived to this ripe old age" for example and we could do likewise and hopefully live long and healthy as well.

Just like their war on healthy animal fats.
They swapped fats for sugar.
They told us not to eat eggs.
They told us not to eat animal cooking fats and instead conned us into eating engine lubricants, and deadly seed oils, instead of what humans evolved to eat.

Going carnivore is the best thing I ever did. They lied to us for so long, so many people will never wake up.

You have to unbrainwash the doctors first.
Alzheimer is a direct result from Statin Drugs.
There was no Alzheimer until years after Statin Drugs were introduced.

So sorry to hear Fren.

SO did my father, and HE WAS ALSO ON STATINS!!!!!!!
Take the statins, they are good for you...He died when he was 75...Guess what, I'm 75 and still going strong!!!!!! BOOOOOOYAHHHHH!!!!
Me too!
So sorry Fren.
So is erectile dysfunction. Instead of telling men to quit the statins, the doctors prescribe blue pills...
mo' pills, mo' money. That's how the medical community rolls.
u/#correct
Pre 2020 I was put on a statin and developed bad brain fog. Stopped taking that shit and it went away.
There is your answer.
Thanks for posting this. I shared the link with family members who are taking statins. Hopefully they'll consider stopping. I'll never take them, that's for sure.

Bet your T count went up also. What many people don't realize is that the male body needs cholesterol to make testosterone.
Me too. Best decision I ever made.

Red Rice yeast does the exact sane thing as Statin Drugs.
You don't mess with your cholesterol.
Or maybe not sane thing?
It is and does exactly the same thing.
Lowers cholesterol which is not good.

Was it genuine nattokinase?
excellent health post, MAHA!
Dr. Brewer has a limited, positive use for statins, in case any anons need a different tack for addressing concerns with family https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJmTCNg9wDI
otherwise, as prescribed like candy, they kill, including my mother who died 10 years younger than she should have
Place keeper
There's a save button for that.

If that's the case, then...
Serious question:
What's clogging the arteries?
